These were wonderful days in the tastefully furnished apartment in the beautiful house of the very hospitable Corrado in a scenic pine grove!

Beautiful apartment right on the ocean with its own beach access. It was wonderful to experience the sunrise and fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the evening. The apartment fully corresponds to the descriptions, is very clean and was optimal for us as a family with 2 small children. We were greeted very warmly and questions were answered quickly. The location is very quiet, but by car you can quickly reach the small town of Pula where you can find everything you need. We'll definitely be back one day.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Flavia's apartment. Flavia is very nice and welcomed us very well. The accommodation is perfectly located with sea views and private access to the beach. Beware of mosquitoes, though ;)

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

Great welcome. The house is not so big but it is essential and functional, equipped with everything you need (there are beach umbrella and chairs, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, only the washing machine is missing). It is a short walk from the center of Pula and is very convenient for getting around by car. There is free parking a 3-minute walk away and various supermarkets a few minutes by car. The host Carlo is a very kind and helpful person and also gave us a lot of tourist advice. Recommended!!

Lovely apartment with a great view, located a few steps away from anything you might need. Mauro is a great host, extremely responsive and also proactive. Only downside is that the lift doesn’t work so not ideal if you have a lot to carry up - other than that, a great stay in Cagliari. We would go back :)

Our stay at Maurizio’s was great. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. The location was great, about 20 minutes from Cagliari, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but perfect driving distance. Beaches were close, recommend renting a car if you visit as there are more beautiful beaches 45-1hr away that are worth the drive. Thanks for the stay!

Federica is an exceptional host, very responsive, kind and doing everything to help us. The apartment is well located, supermarket and beach nearby. Very close bus lines with many possibilities to reach other beaches.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Cagliari’s old town. The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, from charming cafés and restaurants to historical sites and local shops. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and has everything you might need during your stay. It’s also surprisingly quiet at night, which made for great sleep. I especially appreciated the abundance of natural light during the day—it made the space feel bright and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it and would absolutely book again!

You have all you need, super kitchen, super bathroom, balcony, quite room, great bedroom, AC, parking, fridge, coffeemachine which is great, everything super nice! :-) The hosts are so friendly and super nice and we would come back exactly here, because it‘s close to Cagliari (nice city with good coffees and restaurants), close to Costa Rei, close to Costa Sul and you can do everything surrounded by car easily. There is also a super nice beach close to the apartment, if you want a quick dive into nice blue water. Just a perfect place to be and we enjoyed it so much! More than 5 stars :-)

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!

The apartment is great! No problems whatsoever. All the amenities are available and working. Valentina is very kind and responsive. The location is very close to the Bastione di Saint Remy. In my opinion, everything is walkable from the apartment despite it being uphill. Had a lovely stay!
