Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pula

Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo nuestra estancia en Calaverde, cerca de hermosas playas . La casa tiene todos los detalles y comodidades para que la estadía sea excelente. Nos esperó con masas, desayuno, vino , helado etc,...esto demuestra que le importa mucho sus huéspedes. Siempre nos respondió en el acto cualquier duda o solicitud que le hacíamos. Eramos 2 matrimonios y el hecho de que uno de los baños no tuvierq ducha no fue un inconveniente ya que la ducha de afuera fue perfecta para poder bañarnos con comodidad. El unico inconveniente que podría mencionar fue que no podes llegar con el auto hasta la casa y el acceso con valijas por un camino desparejo de lajas fue algo dificultoso, esto es del barrio y no de Ludovica. Leuk klein huisje, gelegen aan een openbaar strand in een grote tuin. Goed uitgerust keuken. Rustig gelegen, in de tuin van een groter huis. Het grotere huis was leeg toen wij er waren, je deelt anders samen de tuin. Keuken is goed uitgerust en huisje is goed donker te maken. Heerlijke buitendouche. De wifi verbinding deed het helaas meestal niet (ondanks regelmatig heropstarten) maar dat is ook wel lekker rustig in je vakantie. Wij misten wel lekkere ligstoelen en een goed koffiezetapparaat (er was alleen een ingewikkeld moka express kannetje), maar verder was het prima.

Riccardo’s home was perfect for our family. Gorgeous views right on the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. He was very responsive and provided lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Walkable to all sites. Great views from balcony and numerous windows. Bnb was very bright and homey.

Too Lage direkt beim Hafen und dem Bahnhof. Sauberes und modernes Apartment mit kleinem Balkon. Es sah alles sehr neu gemacht aus. Es lagen kleine Stacks und Wasser für uns bereit. Daniele hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Es war eine perfekte Lage. Wir waren direkt in der Stadt Wir konnten zu Fuß sehr viel erleben und sehen immer wieder würde ich das Airbnb buchen.

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Sehr gutes Appartement um remote zu arbeiten, das Internet war sehr gut. Die Lage war sehr zentral unfern an einer Schnellstraße gelegen, man benötigt ein Auto in dieser Umgebung. Der Stellplatz in der Garage ist nur für Kleinwagen geeignet (z.B. Fiat Panda). Das Haus ist ein typisches Mehrfamilienhaus und sauber.

Tolles Apartment! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit einer super Ausstattung. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Grazie per questo soggiorno magico di cui avevamo proprio bisogno. Posizione imbattibile, vista mozzafiato, host preciso, gentile e molto reattivo. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

La casa è stata davvero ottima per le esigenze mie e della mia ragazza: pulita, ordinata e confortevole. La zona è molto tranquilla e sicura, non ci siamo mai preoccupati di niente. Gentilissime e sempre a disposizione sia la signora Silvana che la signora Susanna, ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e per questo le ringraziamo davvero tanto. Sicuramente, qualora dovessimo tornare in Sardegna, il primo alloggio che prenderemmo in considerazione sarebbe proprio questo!

Nous avons passé 9 jours chez Raphaella. Tout a été absolument parfait. De l’arrivée au départ. Raphaella a été formidable de disponibilités. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de la rencontrer mais dès que je lui demandais un conseil par sms, elle répondait immédiatement et en détails. Raphaella est très soucieuse du bien être de ses “locataires “. Son appartement est très fonctionnel, extrêmement propre et rien ne manque. C’est probablement une de mes meilleures expériences Airbnb. Merci Raphaella!

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Casa carina e semplice, ma dotata di tutto. Non le manca niente. Splendida vista dalla terrazza. Stafano carinissimo e reattivo su tutto.

We loved this apartment. Being in the penthouse was fabulous. The views were amazing. Love the decorative decor of old fashioned items. Huge apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to go. So convenient to the places to see and the bus to the train station was across the street. I can’t recommend this host and his apartment enough. Stay here, you will love it! He even had local desserts for us.

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.

We stayed here for a study abroad program I lead of college students from the US coming to Sardinia. This apartment is located in the 'castello,' one of the most evocative parts of the 'centro storico' of Cagliari. Beautiful and inviting space; highly recommend!
