Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Tuvimos un fin de semana increíble. La casa es amplia, cómoda y muy bien equipada. La alberca es deliciosa, siempre calientita y perfecta para relajarse. Viajamos con dos perritos y la casa fue ideal también para ellos: segura, con espacio y pet friendly. La atención de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables. My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

They’re basically your go-to for all the best spots! 🍕🌮. They’re really good at responding too!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

What an exceptional stay in the heart of Zona Romántica! The apartment was not only spacious and beautifully designed, but also offered breathtaking open ocean views that we enjoyed every day. Its location is perfect—surrounded by fantastic restaurants both in town and along the beach, all within easy walking distance. The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool—absolutely stunning and likely the largest in town. With 360-degree views of the ocean and city, it was the perfect place to relax any time of day. You truly can’t ask for a better rooftop experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a bottle of wine, and the 24/7 reception added an extra layer of convenience and security. A luxurious and memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back! The condo was great! We loved the view from the rooftop pool!!! It’s in a wonderful location to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The romantic zone area is very lgbtq friendly if that’s what you are into this is a perfect place for you.

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

We had a great stay overall! There was a brief issue with the water going out during our visit, but the host was very communicative and transparent about the situation. It was out of his control, and we really appreciated how he kept us updated. The apartment was just as expected, with beautiful decorations and everything spotless. The location was perfect and completely walkable to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We also felt very safe with 24-hour security in the lobby, which was a big plus. The pool area was gorgeous and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well kept and very comfortable. The amenities with the pool and hot tub were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach and many options for dinner and activities.

Amazing stay, perfect location, incredible pool, and great coffee! We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The pool was absolutely amazing and the perfect place to relax. The entire space was clean and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel right at home. One of the nice little touches we really appreciated was the Nespresso machine – the coffee was delicious and a great way to start each morning. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better – close to everything we needed: restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was super convenient and easy to get around. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The hosts are simply the best! We had fairly bad flight delays and they were so accommodating helping us through the very end! The unit is amazing with great design and style! We are fellow hosts so we deeply care and respect for people’s homes as if they are ours - and these hosts are no exception! The pool deck is one of the bests in PV, and great location overall. We give them our highest recommendation.

We just returned from a week in Albert's beautiful home and are already looking at booking again! It is hard to describe how lovely the apartment is, how stunning the views are and how incredibly friendly everyone is who works in the building. It was a dream vacation from beginning to end. Albert is one of the kindest people and is wonderful at communication. We are so grateful to him for making us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment was gorgeous and immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Every morning we couldn't wait to drink our morning smoothies on the deck while looking at the scenery and listening to the waves. The pools were perfect- it was hard for us to leave and explore PV because they were so fantastic. When we did wander, we would take a path from the pretty little sandy beach at the foot of the property to Los Muertos Beach and the Zona Romántica. This took 5 to 10 minutes. Thank you, Albert, for one of the best stays I have had in an Airbnb!

I really enjoyed my stay at Marek's place. The location is perfect for exploring PV, Zone of Romantica particularly. Beautiful one bedroom modern condo. Spotless and very clean. The balcony is very pleasant to sit and have a morning coffee taking in the beautiful view. The rooftop has an amazing ambiance and vanity pool with a breathtaking view of PV. Friendly staff who are there 24 hours. You're a quick 5 min walk to the nightlife and lots of restaurants. A short walk to the beach as well. His place is nice and quiet. Close enough to the nightlife to walk but far enough where you don't hear it at night. I also really loved the bedroom and shower. I give this place a 10/10 for me personally. This will be my first choice from now on when traveling to PV. Highly recommend.

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

The place was fantastic. Some of the guests were loud at 2 to 3 am coming in after partying all night. Also the dusty entrance and buses parked along the street is not a good look. There was a guy sleeping in bullet shaped sleeping capsule/ key cutting service. There were chickens and roosters waking me up early in morning. Overall it was very nice.
