Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at Robert’s place. We truly couldn’t have chosen better. We were traveling with our one-year-old, and Robert’s place was a real gem. His assistant drove us around, prepared delicious dinners, and took us to local markets to buy fruit (the mangoes and bananas were to die for). It truly felt like an all-inclusive experience, but with the comfort of a great apartment and family-friendly surroundings.

Really nice apartment, very clean, very well equipped, with all the essentials for all your needs. Location for us was perfect, nice and quiet, right on the beach, but still walkable to town to enjoy all things Puerto Morelos offers. The bicycles were a great feature. Loved everything about it! And Susy, the property manager, was great as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me encantó la ubicación, es súper accesible llegar a la playa y tomar la quinta para acercarse al centro, mucha seguridad para entrar y salir y eso me hizo sentir tranquila, tienes tu privacidad pero también está Tere al pendiente de ti por si necesitas cualquier apoyo. Servicios extra como el garrafón y las bicicletas te hace la vida más fácil. Tere es súper amable y flexible, comprende que situaciones como el cambio de vuelos pueden suceder a la hora de hacer check-in con ella y es accesible la entrada,

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condo was clean and stylish. All amenities provided. It truly felt like home away from home and having 5th avenue in such close proximity just added to the experience! Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and with great care. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful! We would highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser gut gelegenen Unterkunft. Sie bietet einige Vorteile, die uns sehr gefallen haben: Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, auch mit einer Nespresso-Maschine. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, in der wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden haben/24h. Der Aufzug hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders die Terrasse war ein Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Ansprechpartner vor Ort, die sofort geholfen haben, als wir unseren Schlüssel verloren hatten. Ein kleiner Hinweis: In der Nähe befindet sich eine Eventlocation, und während unseres Aufenthalts fanden dort häufig Partys statt, die bis in den frühen Morgen zu hören waren. Außerdem liegt gegenüber der Unterkunft eine Tierklinik/Tierheim, sodass man morgens durch das Bellen von Hunden geweckt werden könnte. Trotz dieser Punkte empfehle ich die Unterkunft weiter, vor allem wegen der Lage, der Ausstattung und des großartigen Services! Vielen Dank !!!

Beautiful place to spend a few days in Playa del Carmen!

Great condo, comfortable furniture, safe and secure, walking distance to all the main playa del Carmen attractions. The WiFi was not working most of our time so we were not able to use any streaming on the smart tvs, which was a bummer in the evening. WiFi also precluded us from work at the property, we had to go to cafes, but on the bright side we found many wonderful local coffee shops and enjoyed the experience of working much more. Overall, we had an excellent experience and can’t wait to come back. Host was very responsive and friendly. Finally, the rooftop bar has delicious food and drinks, which we enjoyed immensely. Every morning we couldn’t wait to go upstairs for a swim and take in the views!

Una experiencia inolvidable! Nuestra estadía en este lugar fue de lo más acogedor. El depa estuvo de maravilla, todo estuvo increíble. Nuestro host estuvo de lo más atento. Mi familia y yo estamos súper agradecidos y felices por nuestra estadía en tan bello departamento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

A unique place,an apartment located in a quiet place close to the center, close to restaurants, the beach and the supermarket. Very convenient location. We will return here. We love this place.Thank you!

The studio is brand new, with all the necessary stuff that you need. We enjoyed the pool a lot as the beach had the seaweed. It is super close to the main touristc avenue and beside the Walmart. It was a pleasant stay. We would 100% recommend it.
