Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist super gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, es hatte mehr als genug Tücher, Shampoo, Seife… Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Wir können das Appartment jedem empfehlen.

Lindo apartamento ubicado en una de las calles más lindas de playa del Carmen, perfecto para una estadía en pareja con todo lo necesario para descansar y conocer a los alrededores, limpio, cómodo y seguro.

Le logement est encore plus beau en vrai! Nous avons eu beaucoup d’espace pour deux personnes! C’est vraiment un petit coin de paradis, tout se fait extrêmement bien à pied et on se sent vraiment en sécurité. De plus Anna est vraiment sympathique et réactive, c’est facile de communiquer avec elle. Nous espérons revenir :)

Muy lindo apartamento, con todo lo necesario, está en un complejo con varias amenidades, playa, una alberca gigante, jacuzzi, tiene restaurantes. Muy buena comunicación y respuesta de los anfitriones. Tanto a la entrada como salida fueron muy puntuales. El departamento limpio y funcionando bien todo lo que usamos. Muy recomendable 👌

L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et bien situé dans un bel environnement calme. La ville est accessible très rapidement en voiture. La plage de la résidence est à 25 mn à pieds ou 5 mn en voiture. Les piscines de la résidence sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Omar. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour des vacances inoubliables. Merci Omar !

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

We love staying on 38th, it is so quaint and so many options for dining and drinks. So close to the beach and 5th AVE. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool and the view from the roof was worth every penny. It was very clean, unlike some of the rooftop pools where we have stayed before.

Just returned from an incredible stay in Playa del Carmen! This property truly offers the best of both worlds. The location couldn't be more perfect – a quiet location (for sleeping in the back bedroom) right on the vibrant energy of 5th Avenue providing great people watching right from the condo’s balconies (3 overlooking 5th!), yet still a quick and easy 5-minute stroll to the beautiful beach on 38th. The property itself was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. My favorite feature by far was the private rooftop dipping pool! It was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring, offering refreshing dips and those amazing views over 5th Avenue. Loved the option to cool down in the daytime, and warm it up for evening hot tub dips! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Playa del Carmen. The combination of the prime location and the added luxury of the private rooftop pool made for a truly me.

Firstly, Belen and Feranado are amazing people. They are friendly and very responsive when you have a concern, a question, or whatever you need. The location is great; close to all amenities and the beaches. WIFI worked seamlessly everywhere, the rooftop, and the unit.

We had a fabulous stay at this Airbnb! We went with 13 girls for a bachelorette trip and felt safe and at home here. Our two concierge Edson and Mauricio killed it. Edson was great helping us set up reservations and making sure we had a smooth and fun trip before it started. Mauricio met us at the house and was available for anything we needed. He even last minute got us shuttles and sent great recommendations for beach clubs and activities. The maids each morning were so sweet and did an amazing job helping us out with cleaning. Highly recommend!

This house was exactly as listed—spacious, modern, and in a fantastic location! Briana was incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. The rooftop was a major highlight, especially for bird lovers like me—I spotted at least 16 new birds! (Definitely bring binoculars if you're into birdwatching.) The private pool was perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, and the open layout made it easy to relax and enjoy meals together. The public pool was also a good place to hang with the kids, but watch out for the monkeys trying to steal your fruit! 🍉 😊 The house is conveniently located near everything, plus an unexpected bonus—it's right next to a fun little zoo! The only small thing to note is that the photos are a bit outdated, and the furniture and house show some wear and tear. That said, it’s still a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya!

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this place! This is a penthouse condo that sits on the corner, so we had a perfect view of the beach. We also really enjoyed the rooftop deck and private plunge pool! It was a great place to watch the sunset. The location was also ideal--just a short, 5-minute walk to the northern (more chill part) of 5th Avenue. There were lots of restaurants to choose from, without the crazy crowds that you'll find on the busier part of 5th Avenue. The infinity pool was amazing and private beach club allowed us to enjoy a quiet part of a beautiful beach, with easy access to margaritas :) Miguel, the property manager, was super helpful and friendly, and greeted us upon arrival. We also ran into him several times throughout our stay, so it was nice seeing a friendly face. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, booked our airport transfer, and was super responsive to all of our questions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Garson’s Condo. This our second time staying and it was like the first time-excellent. Great place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Very safe area and good location. Excellent communication with host. We definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful condo with ocean view from the kitchen. The entire place was so clean, easy to access. The keyless entry was so convenient. The host responded quickly to messages. We would love to come back again soon! Had a wonderful time!
