This was my first time with an extended time period, sharing a home with the host family. As an experienced traveler, one of the best experiences is making new and lasting people connections along the way. This was certainly the case with Diana, Paty, and their family. They are "Super-Host" that created an experience that I will not soon forget. From their genuine kindness, caring, and sharing, to providing a lovely, comfortable, accommodating, secure home, and neighborhood environment. Virtually everything you need is within a 10-minute walk. With 10 - 15 minutes to the beach by cycle or jogging. This by far is the best experience that I've had with ABNB over the past several years . Take advantage of this opportunity to stay with this beautiful family, lovely home, and secure family-oriented neighborhood. Paty has become a dear friend, and I will stay at their home, every visit to Playa Del Carmen. A beautiful experience awaits you. The dogs are great! Pura Vida, Max

un lugar increíble para quedarse, fácil acceso y salida a la carrera federal, lugares para comer y tiendas cercanas, las recomendaciones de Gaby fueron increíbles y siempre atenta con nosotros. la playa de Puerto Morelos está a 15 mins en coche. súper recomendado!!

Cecilia is such a charming and nice host. She is always there if you need something. We had a good time at her place.

Agradable alojamiento

This place is well-equipped for long stays, even a few months. Lots of kitchen utensils, a laundry room, backup TP, cleaning supplies - it was very easy to move right in and have all daily living needs taken care of without needing to shop for the basics it can feel so complicated to find in a foreign country. The space is a real home — cozy, personal, loved, and full of plants. For me it was a very pleasant reprieve from staying in Airbnbs that all seem to have similar slightly corporate furnishings. It felt more like house-sitting for a friend in the best way possible. It is an easy bike ride to the beach or downtown, and the neighborhood is tranquil, much quieter than other parts of Playa. I liked it a lot and felt safe. David is very sweet, makes many excellent local recommendations, fixed a minor internet problem right away when I texted him about it, and even set me up with a reliable house cleaner when I asked. Also, the place is way bigger than you can tell in pics.

Great Place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Playa Del Carmen but somehow in a quiet secluded street just off of 5th Avenue. The way the hotel is designed most units face inward so you get a quiet evening even though you are steps from the chaos of 5th. Best of both worlds.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer top Lage. Die 5av. sowie der Strand sind daher gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Lediglich das Bett könnte eine neue Matratze vertragen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets einwandfrei. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier definitiv.

This is exactly what you’re looking for when staying at a B&B: yummy breakfast, great hospitality, and a great price! My room was straightened up with fresh sheets and towels daily. I had a beautiful stay in Cozumel thanks to Alicia’s knowledgable recommendations for activities on the island. Alicia also has two wonderful dogs that brightened up my days. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great getaway. Low key comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant attached. Spacious bedroom and eat-in kitchen, with two balconies. Comfortable large bed, spacious closets with a safe. A quiet, interesting neighborhood full of locals & expats just across the street from entrance to a beautiful string of family-friendly beaches. A 20 min walk down Avenida 5 to all the noise & nightlife; 45 minute walk to ferry. Christian and his colleagues at the restaurant are lovely folks. Made us feel welcome and right at home.

Very nice play too stay! Located close to a natural beach. The included breakfast was perfect and everyone super helpful. Would come again!

“Early bird paradise” Balcony has amazing view. Perfect for morning coffee and morning walks on the semiprivate beach - Honestly one of the best walking beaches on the island. Morning and daytime activities are extremely pleasant. Be inside by sundown to avoid becoming a mosquito buffet. Seriously. Daily maid cleaning a plus. Staff was helpful. Send out laundry service was very reasonable and good. If this unit had more comfortable furnishings, a usable kitchenette, and perfect maintenance it would easily rent much higher. This beautiful building is on Cozumel’s North Hotel Zone located outside of town. Cozumel is an island in Mexico - American modern plumbing standards do not apply here, this area has sea grass naturally, mangroves are beautiful and necessary for healthy oceans. If this is your first foray into Airbnb in Mexico, I recommend looking at the photos and other reviews carefully and choosing according to your personal preference. We enjoyed our time here.

Excelente lugar, super accesible y agradable, Anne es muy amable y deja a tu disposición muchas cosas, te ofrece fruta y pan de desayuno pero puedes tomar lo que gustes de su nevera, en el baño pone Shampoo, jabón y suficiente papel higiénico, la piscina está muy agradable y es fácil acceder a la estancia, me encantó.
