Die Unterkunft war super! Sehr schöne Wohnung mit eigener, gesonderter Terrasse mit super Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandra war einfach, inklusive vorheriger Tipps zum parken. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder :)

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

If you are looking to spend a few days exploring Orvieto, this is the perfect location! It is within easy walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops & the attractions. Highly recommend parking down below at the train station & taking the funicular up. You can take a shuttle from the funicular to the duomo for a small fee & walk from there. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit & location.

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Estar na casa de Patrícia e Ângelo foi como estar na casa de mãe. Com liberdade para entrar e sair mas com muito carinho, nos sentimos em casa. A casa é muito melhor que nas fotos, o local tem fácil acesso, extremamente limpo e tem todas as comodidades necessárias, uma verdadeira joia. Recomendo a todos e com certeza voltaremos

Als je hier verblijft, waan je je in een schilderij, zo mooi is dit huisje gelegen in de bergen! Lucca is echt super aardig en grappig. Hij verteld een hoop. Het restaurant wat ze runnen is ook prima, en goed eten! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Wij raden dit huisje zeker aan!

Prachtig uitzicht van het dakterras, ruim, heel mooi. Minpunt: hoge en niet gemarkeerde tree in de keuken. Oppassen!

We hebben een top verblijf gehad. Kamer was mooier dan we dachten. Marco gaf goede tips voor restaurantjes in de buurt. Dank voor alles!

Fantastisch verblijf op een magische plek. Het is een klein, rustig dorpje, maar het heeft tegelijkertijd alles wat je nodig hebt: cafétjes, restaurantjes, supermarktje, bakker en vooral: vriendelijke mensen. Het appartement is erg ruim en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De hosts voorzien in kruiden, zeep, wasmiddel, koffie. Super! Het dakterras is een juweeltje: altijd zon! Wij verbleven om vakantie te vieren én te werken, en dat is goed mogelijk want de wifi is super. Vlakbij het bos, Lago di Vico en Viterbo. Kortom: je hoeft je geen moment te vervelen. De host is goed bereikbaar en altijd vriendelijk. Let op: de Abbazia maakt heel veel geluid, de hele dag door. Dus uitslapen zit er niet in ;-)

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The house is at the end of a quiet street with views of the lake and castle. Local cafes and restaurants had good food, and we spent our days driving to Tuscany to visit hot springs and wineries. The house was clean, comfortable, and well located. We had a car and used it to get to the shops. The bed was firm, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were kind and helpful. Google Maps will give you the directions to the wrong house, but the hosts callled and gave me directions to the home.

Daniela è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile oltre ad essere un host serio e professionale. L'appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e ben attrezzato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona che sono davvero tante. Una particolare segnalazione va fatta all'area esterna, molto ben attrezzata e ideale per un riposino pomeridiano al ritorno dalle visite. Vorremmo nuovamente ringraziare Daniela per la squisita ospitalità nella speranza di poter tornare presto a visitare questi splendidi luoghi.

We hebben weer genoten van ons verblijf in Oriolo ❤️ Het is een gezellig knus & schoon appartement waar wij graag verblijven tijdens ons bezoek aan vrienden in de buurt. Prachtige omgeving, rust en natuur en vriendelijke mensen!

Le logement était conforme à la description, propre, confortable et très bien situé. L’hôte a été réactif et accueillant. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Ho trascorso un weekend nell’appartamento di Andrea ed è stato tutto magnifico! L’appartamento è ben arredato, nuovo e soprattutto pulito in maniera impeccabile. È fornito di tutto il necessario ed ha uno splendido giardino in cui godere di una piacevole colazione. La posizione poi è perfetta, sulla via principale del paese con bar e ristoranti e a pochi passi dal lago di Bolsena, non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio! Andrea è stato un host fantastico, estremamente gentile, molto reattivo, sempre disponibile ad aiutarci e a venire incontro alle nostre necessità. Consiglio al 100% di soggiornare da Andrea, io tornerò di sicuro!

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

We had an amazing time with our dog (galgo/spanish greyhound). You couldn't wish for a better place to be on holidays with a dog. Huge area with a high-fence. A dream. Letizia was always helpful and responsive. We're definitely looking to come back.

Casale semplicemente strepitoso, dal vivo ancora più bello che in foto. Orietta molto gentile e disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta,ha fatto di tutto per farci trovare la piscina attiva, nonostante il tempo incerto, l' abbiamo usata per tutto il soggiorno! Spazi esterni curatissimi, camere confortevoli e spaziose, se posso dare un consiglio suggerirei di cambiare cuscini e materassi davvero scomodi e di prestare più attenzione alla pulizia di camere e bagni davvero poco accurata. Cmq consiglio vivamente!!!

My family and I stayed in this home for two nights during our time in Italy and it was easily the best place we booked. The home was beautiful and the view was incredible. We had some trouble when we first got there because it was dark out and the road to get up to the house was in rough shape, so if you are staying in Porzone and also renting a vehicle we suggest you rent a high clearance SUV. That being said, Matt was very responsive and was able to have the road filled in for us. Overall, we immensely appreciate the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of our hosts and their housekeeper Sarah. There was an extensive list of things to do and places to visit in the area and the house itself had all the amenities you would need/want. The nearest town Todi had beautiful sights and good food. We highly recommend staying here! We wish we were there longer than two days because it was a truly beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Abbiamo deciso di alloggiare da Gabriele e Donatella perché si trova molto vicino a civita di Bagnoregio. La casa è molto carina e ordinata. E’ disposta su 3 livelli e nel piano più in basso c’è una splendida jacuzzi. Dotata di 2 condizionatori per l’aria calda o fredda. Non abbiamo usato la cucina, ma abbiamo apprezzato tanto le capsule per il caffè, le marmellate, le fette biscottate e il thè che ci hanno lasciato per fare colazione. Inoltre c’era anche una bottiglia d’acqua per noi. Tutto pulito e curato con anche Alexa per la musica. Inoltre vicino, a qualche metro di distanza c’è un buonissimo “pub” QUANDO POSSO dove si mangia e soprattutto si beve divinamente. Sicuramente ci torneremo visto che si trova a solo 1h da Roma !!!
