This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

La Casa di Carla e Patrizia è un vero casale da sogno. Se chiudete gli occhi e provate ad immaginare un casale in Umbria immaginerete proprio questo fantastico Casale! Rústico ma ricercato. Elementi etnici uniti a fantastici dettagli del centro italia. Libri ovunque che riscaldano l’ambiente e raccontano la storia del casale e della sua famiglia. Ci siamo emozionatu. Godersi una bella lettura nella veranda al calduccio e con una bella bevanda hot (un gin tonic o una tisana ai FINOCCHI, cambia poco) è davvero impagabile. La vista fa venire gli occhi lucidi. C’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nei borghi vicini (Narni, Stifone etc) ma prendetela come un’opportunità per godervi la bellissima campagna umbra. Si tratta di una casa in campagna che può richiedere manutenzione durante il soggiorno, ma Patrizia (e immaginiamo anche Carla anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona) sono gentili e disponibili e faranno di tutto per aiutarvi. Ottimo il ristorante monte del grano 1969

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

Bellissimo appartamento, come da foto. Situato in un recentissimo complesso di case che creano quasi un piccolo borgo. Per quanto sia dislocato (il che può essere un plus per chi cerca la tranquillità) a pochi km c'é un piccolo centro con il necessario. Host gentile e disponibile, raccomandata.

Als je hier verblijft, waan je je in een schilderij, zo mooi is dit huisje gelegen in de bergen! Lucca is echt super aardig en grappig. Hij verteld een hoop. Het restaurant wat ze runnen is ook prima, en goed eten! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Wij raden dit huisje zeker aan!

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

An absolutely outstanding location with wonderful gardens, views, romantic spots to eat outside and excellent pool. Campagnano di Roma is well situated - close to FCO and Rome itself. There is so much to do in the area. We stayed whilst another family were in the 2nd property and it still felt private like we had the place to ourselves. Olympia is a fantastic host for Ludovica and family. This is our 3/4 visit and we will definitely be back. Wonderful wonderful place and home. Make sure to visit Sutri and the tombs, ampitheatre, grounds and church inside the rock. Just WOW. SO many amazing sights to see in the area. Enjoy as much as we have.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The house is at the end of a quiet street with views of the lake and castle. Local cafes and restaurants had good food, and we spent our days driving to Tuscany to visit hot springs and wineries. The house was clean, comfortable, and well located. We had a car and used it to get to the shops. The bed was firm, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were kind and helpful. Google Maps will give you the directions to the wrong house, but the hosts callled and gave me directions to the home.

Arrivare nello chalet di Alberto e Tiziana è come entrare in una favola ..la casa è molto accogliente....il bosco incantato....la piscina ci ha fatto compagnia nelle ore più calde. Host top per disponibilità e gentilezza...ci ritorneremo quanto prima.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great house, comfortable and very atmospheric, with a lot of character. Excellent location just outside of the walls of the town, perfect base to explore Umbria. The house is spacious, very well equipped with everything you can possibly need during your stay. Eleonora is very welcoming, helpful and responsive host. We enjoyed our 1-week stay in Villa Dorata so much and would highly recommend it for your future vacation in Todi/Umbria!

No solo nos esperaron sino que nos ayudaron a bajar las valijas y nos dieron instrucciones precisas de donde estacionar el auto . Buenas recomendaciones de lugares para comer . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fiorella è stata gentilissima nell'accoglienza e nel raccontarci la storia della sua casa. Appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di ogni comodità, consigliato per visitare le bellezze nei dintorni!

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo incantevole casale immerso nel verde La nostra esperienza è stata semplicemente fantastica, essere circondati dal verde degli ulivi è stato rigenerante La vista è stata semplicemente mozzafiato e la tranquillità assoluta. Speriamo di poter tornare presto in questo angolo di paradiso, consigliamo vivamente questo casale a chiunque cerchi un rifugio dalla frenesia quotidiana.

Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit in der Unterkunft von Olga. Das kleine Häuschen ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse und der Pool liegen in einem sehr schönen gepflegten Garten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und Olga war immer gut zu erreichen. Sie hat uns mit Lebensmitteln für die erste Zeit willkommen geheißen. Insbesondere haben wir uns über den lecken selbstgemachten Kuchen sowieso das Olivenöl aus eigener Ernte und die frischen Kräuter aus dem Garten gefreut. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne und ruhige Zeit, auch wenn das Wetter teilweise nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Wer eine ruhige und entspannte Auszeit in der Natur sucht, ist bei Olga genau richtig.

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

Such a wonderful place to stay with our family! The property is spectacular, with all of the amenities one might need and lots of charm. Andrea is an exemplary host. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful house, its' privacy, amazing landscape, comfortable swimming pool, and the warm hospitality.

Casale semplicemente strepitoso, dal vivo ancora più bello che in foto. Orietta molto gentile e disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta,ha fatto di tutto per farci trovare la piscina attiva, nonostante il tempo incerto, l' abbiamo usata per tutto il soggiorno! Spazi esterni curatissimi, camere confortevoli e spaziose, se posso dare un consiglio suggerirei di cambiare cuscini e materassi davvero scomodi e di prestare più attenzione alla pulizia di camere e bagni davvero poco accurata. Cmq consiglio vivamente!!!

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel Seccatoio delle castagne del Podere di Maggio. Che dire? Un vero paradiso: incastonato in una vallata meravigliosa con il monte Amiata difronte e il bellissimo borgo medievale di Santa Fiora. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: struttura meravigliosa, ben curata, nei dettagli, una pace impagabile. I padroni di casa sono stati fantastici, ospitali e ci hanno fatto davvero sentire a casa. Insomma tutto perfetto, non manca nulla, ovvio devi amare la vita bucolica come noi ! Unica pecca? Due notti sono state troppo brevi e sicuramente torneremo . Grazie Peter , Rita e dolce Noemi. Casa ben oltre le aspettative, zona molto tranquilla, circondata da persone molto gentili. La casa in sé è molto meglio che nelle foto,molto Luminosa, la cucina offre tutti i comfort di cui si può avere bisogno, l area sala da pranzo comomoda e ampia, le camere da letto spaziosi, i bagni confortevoli e ben organizzati. Tutta la casa si presenta ben pulita e con l aggiunta di accessori come sapone, lavatrice, materiale per pulire, che rendono l'accoglienza come a casa. Raffaella è splendida, gentilissima, pronta ad aiutare e consigliare, subito reattiva nelle risposte e a venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti. Non dimentichiamo il bellisismo terrazzo e l ampio giardino fornito di una ampia piscina che ho avuto il piacere di poter provare. Fastello è una piccola frazione vicina a moltissime aree di cultura e a montegrotto che offre tutto. Inoltre la fermata del bus è a pochi passi. Alloggiare qui è stato un vero piacere.
