after a very welcoming reception, Simonetta and her husband Pietro are enormously sweet people, delicious cake, fresh vegetables and eggs we immediately felt completely at ease. A small paradise. The house has shutters, a fan and air conditioning in the bedrooms so we slept wonderfully in the spacious bedroom with the comfortable bed despite the heat. The bathroom is luxurious as well as the bedding and towels. The kitchen is fine. The seating area is small, for 2 people, but the chairs are very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace, under the wonderfully fragrant star jasmine and the trumpet flowers with the call of the hops in the background. With a little wind, it was a wonderful place to spend the whole day. The house offers an excellent base for visiting the famous places in Umbria. This is a great place for those who love peace and nature. Ohh and then especially enjoy the stars and the fireflies when it's dark!

We stayed at this farmhouse (along with the neighboring villa) for nine nights with a group of close friends and had an incredible time! The views, pool, and surrounding area are spectacular—even better than the photos convey. It is exactly the Italian countryside experience we were hoping for. The host, Maria, and her family also went out of her way to make sure our entire stay was pleasant and memorable, including helping us arrange chefs for three of the evenings and local drivers to see local sites.

It was a real pleasure to spend the night at Cesoni View. We were welcomed by two cherry trees loaded with tons of sweet and tasty cherries, and by Stefano who explained us the house and gave us plenty of good advice. The house is clean, spacious, confortable, fresh in the hot summer, and absolutely quiet. The view is great. We will certainly return next year!

Luigi’s place felt like a little paradise off the beaten track, a really charming place. The village itself is very idyllic and is located in the dreamy valley, perfect for a recluse holiday. The flat has everything one needs and the little garden is a nice space to rest. Luigi was a very warm and welcoming host - made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive.

The check in was smooth, Arianna took time to show us around and explain how to use the house. The place is very spacious, have great style and it's hard not to enjoy it. The town is beautiful and there's many great restaurants and places to visit in the area.

An oasis of peace and tranquility, perfect for those like us who seek a quiet place, in contact with nature and with ample outdoor space for our 4-legged companions. The owner of the house, Rosaria, is an exquisite person and was very hospitable and discreet. Special mention for his two splendid Tibetan goats and for the wonderful cats that roam around the farmhouse, especially the legendary and cuddly Bruno ❤️

Claudia’s place is truly delightful and our stay was outstanding from arrival until departure. The host was very responsive and answered questions before the stay clearly and concisely. The home is large, beautiful, with stunning picturesque views across the property’s olive grove and beyond. Claudia’s hospitality was amazing; Check in was very easy and we were even greeted with an unexpected gift full of amazing home made delicious pastries, local honey, olive oil, home made bread and more. You can easily reach the Eternal City in less than an hour by car and then return home after a busy day to the tranquillity and charm of Claudia’s country farm. There are many places to visit in the area including the quaint hamlet of Farfa, with it’s local shops, bars, restaurants and the Benedictine Monastery, where chef Jamie Oliver once cooked for the Friars. This is by far the best Airbnb I have been to and would I highly recommend it

Excellent. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. A few dust problems under the beds, but otherwise everything as described. The location is fantastic, 200 meters from the ski facilities. Apart from a few small and insignificant initial misunderstandings related to the number of accommodations, the owner Sarah immediately proved to be very kind and reliable. An absolutely recommended place for large families or small groups of friends with children.

Cinzia and her husband were perfect hosts. In addition to accommodating check-in according to our needs, they welcomed us in a cordial manner, showing us everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: from kitchen utensils and toiletries to glasses for a good glass of wine in front of the fantastic fireplace (which they had ready to be lit, a real touch of kindness and care that demonstrates the extremely helpful nature of the hosts). The cleanliness was impeccable: every surface and area of the house was taken care of with extreme care. The place is also enchanting, almost fairytale, extremely suggestive for a weekend away to relax and rest. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Excellent welcome: in the room you can immediately cool off with what you find in the refrigerator at your disposal. Smart check-in system, cozy house, and Leonella room very clean and very pleasant, as well as the bathroom immediately next door. The balcony overlooks a beautiful view, both morning and evening. My mom and I stayed at Chez Nous while we were traveling through Abruzzo and loved our stay! L’Aquila is truly a gem and not to be missed. Chez Nous was the perfect home base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Enrichetta met us at check in to show us the parking garage and provided local recommendations, especially for Celiac-friendly restaurants. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops featuring local products of Abruzzo within walking distance. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Bernadino and many other historical sites. It was remarkable to see the resilience of the city after the earthquake and see the rebuilding efforts. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed and very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the selection of art books about L’Aquila and Abruzzo and wished we had more time to peruse the collection! Amazing stay and we can’t wait to return!
