I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

I had the pleasure of staying at Elena's place with my family and I can say that it was a fantastic experience. The location is really great: easily accessible from the parking lot for a fee, but I highly recommend parking on the Viale Martiri della Resistenza road, where you can find free parking. The house is located in a strategic area, within walking distance of the mechanized route, which makes it even more convenient to get around to visit Spoleto. The apartment is well-equipped and cozy. The kitchen is equipped and the house is warm and comfortable, which makes the environment very pleasant. There's a family atmosphere, which makes you feel at home right away. Elena is a very kind and helpful host and self check-in is very convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Spoleto in a comfortable and relaxed way.

Maria Clara's apartment is beautiful and very cozy, we are only one daily, but we want to stay for weeks of so beautiful that it was the landscape and tranquillity of the place. Maria gave us everything and answered my questions very quickly, if I return to this region of Italy for sure I will stay there. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was also extremely clean and organized, we were greeted with a courtesy of coffee and dumplings, which were very good!

Characteristic accommodation in the center, clean and equipped with the necessary. Close to the train station and suburban buses, you can walk around and visit the city's main attractions. Very kind and helpful host! Recommended ⭐️

Rieti is a beautiful but little-known city and the house is in the heart of the city next to the Velino River Very green and pleasant I definitely recommend it

The perfect little Italian getaway, in a peaceful and charming location. As a family, we really enjoyed the rustic cottage and were well looked after. Having breakfast together every morning was really lovely. We were made to feel very welcome.

We stayed one night as an Association that deals with children with social disorders; for our boys it was the first experience at night outside and the context and staff were absolutely up to our requests, also providing us with last-minute solutions to ensure the success of this experience. We will definitely be back

I really thank Cinzia for making me feel at home, everything was perfect from the first contacts, I was in the area for work with other colleagues and we found everything we needed. The house is perfect in everything new and comfortable, spacious and bright, the outdoor space is excellent, the exceptional terrace with a great view that is already enough for a relaxing and refreshing stay, the location is great because in the village near the bar at the supermarket at the mail (with ATM) at the hardware store. The accommodation is extremely clean and functional, the spacious and comfortable rooms all in a peace and quiet that can really give that something extra to a relaxing holiday of pure rest. It was a perfect stay for me and my friends and allowed us to work without worries and above all rested, I really recommend this accommodation and this host to all the community.

We had a very good time, the structure is evocative, surrounded by greenery and offers all the comforts to spend a pleasant stay, plus Paolo and Emanuela were extremely kind and hospitable.

The location of this apartment was a nice surprise since we thought we were going to be in the town of Spoleto (an error on the Airbnb website) but instead we stayed in an apartment within a historic building where we had spectacular views of the Umbrian countryside. The apartment was rustic and cozy, the views from the balcony were fantastic and the village was so quiet and serene. A nice bonus (even during the chilly autumn months) was having access to the jacuzzi located in the garden overlooking the valley. The welcome snack basket was a nice touch we certainly appreciated. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with a microwave, moka coffee maker and stove but there is no oven. There is a laundry room in the building which is accessible to guests. The house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility as there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get inside the unit and also to access the bedroom which is on a level above the living space (a loft like configuration).

Wonderful place, even more beautiful than in the photos. In the middle of nature, rustic but very well cared for in details. The welcome was also great. We'll definitely be back:)
