The perfect little Italian getaway, in a peaceful and charming location. As a family, we really enjoyed the rustic cottage and were well looked after. Having breakfast together every morning was really lovely. We were made to feel very welcome.

Our stay at Andrea's place was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and was just as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for what we needed, and Andrea was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. We felt so comfortable throughout your stay. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!🙂

We had a great week at the house. The place invites peace, relaxation, and fun with family and friends. The pool was a hit with kids and adults. Every morning the pool was cleaned. Communication with Guido was really good, and Martina, who greeted us, was hugely welcoming and good to communicate with. The warmest recommendations for this lovely place!

Great pleasure to stay at this B&B, very kind people, tidy apartment and beautiful landscape. They even prepared us a breakfast on their in-a-tree terrace!

The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very good time, the structure is evocative, surrounded by greenery and offers all the comforts to spend a pleasant stay, plus Paolo and Emanuela were extremely kind and hospitable.

I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Annalisa was quick to respond to any questions I had. The kitchen had the basics that I needed. There is street noise as mentioned in the listing, but it was easy enough to sleep with earplugs.

Sweet little place surrounded by beautiful countryside. Lovely to have access to the pool which we really enjoyed on hot summer mornings. Close to Casperia, an enchanting town, and an hour’s drive away from some gorgeous towns. We were very happy.

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with table tennis table, corner bbq lounge chairs, pool. there were 10 of us and 2 children were wide. common room equipped with a large fireplace and wood-burning oven. a beautiful rustic estate

Nice place, very welcoming and secluded space for parties

Mary's House (or rather Mary's Villa) was super cozy, comfortable, spacious. We only stayed for one night (unfortunately) we had a great time, large patio, super stocked kitchen, two bathrooms and our cars were a stone's throw from the house. The children had a great time in the outdoor space, with the swing and the large garden. Niccolò was super helpful and kind! If you want to visit the area or relax in peace and quiet with a nice and comfortable swimming pool, I recommend you book with us and you will spend unforgettable moments! Thank you Nicolò!!

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

We had an amazing stay, the view and the scenery was outstanding. The host was fantastic, stayed up late to welcome us. the property is nice and clean. We didn't get a chance to use the pool. But overall we had a great time here

This is our second stay at Kate’s wonderful airbnb. The million dollar view from the porch, privacy, and spaciousness of the home is why we keep returning. It’s also an easy drive to the FCO airport. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, so cooking is a nice option. She also has a fantastic library! We love the local grocery Pane Idee e Fantasia, and Bar Ce is always a highlight. Farmacia Cortellini is great as well. Kate is very kind and attentive. She responds in a timely manor and is willing to help with any concerns or inquiries. The home is a little worn and has its quirks, but we’ll happily return again and again. There is something spiritual about this place that seeps into your bones. Once you stay, you will be planning your next visit.

Really such a lovely stay!!! Everyone in the area was so kind and helpful. One we realized you check in at the restaurant in the vila it was smooth from then on out. Giuseppe was so nice!

We had a really good time. The place is in a very panoramic and quiet location. Suitable for a romantic and relaxing holiday. We'll definitely be back.

The house was the perfect place for our trip. The home is lovely but the garden, pool and view are what make it truly special. I cannot recommend this Airbnb more highly! The only slight issue was arriving in the dark, the location details were confusing. Claudia was extremely responsive and we found the house eventually but it would be helpful to provide some photos of the correct turning/location. However do not let this put you off, it truly is a magical place to stay!

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

Our stay was amazing. The house and garden are beautiful. Many books are to be discovered and those on trees and plants are very interesting. Within an hour's drive, visits and discoveries of Lazio but also Umbria are available to you: cultural, boats, windsurfing, hiking (Sorate). In the garden there is a huge playground where our teenagers loved playing football, badminton and balls. Obviously there is the pool: always impeccable, suitable for swimming and sunbathing. All this charm is possible thanks to Alessia's passion for her estate. She is helped by Fabio: a beautiful gentleman, discreet and full of courage. Alessia and Fabio are very discreet and very kind. Hope to see them again soon.
