A simply fabulous location with a level of peace and nature at the TOP. Itwas a vacation where I was finally able to relax properly, among great Tranquility restaurants and services offered. Truly recommended

Had a great time here. It's a beautiful property on a series of levels - an upper garden with seating and fabulous views of the valley of the Nera river, a courtyard level and then the lower level with the swimming pool. House oozes character. It's well equipped and nicely appointed. Air con in the bedrooms worked well. Beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved having breakfast and dinner outdoors with a view of the rooftops and bell towers of Narni. The town has incredible architecture and some great restaurants. Because of the property's split levels and steep stairs down to the pool, I wouldn't recommend it for older people or very young children, but otherwise a really lovely find. It's also quite a steep walk from the centre of town up to the property. Entry gate to the upper parking area is a little tight by UK standards but we fitted an Audi Q3 through with no problem. Would happily stay again.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. A little paradise on earth. We really had an amazing stay in Giorgia's outbuilding. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, lost in the middle of nature just 30 minutes from Rome, this is the accommodation for you. The view and the private pool complete the charm of a clean and well-equipped cottage. If you are also an animal lover, you will be delighted with cats that are as cute as they are affectionate, a donkey, a horse and dogs that make the experience even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure!

Comfortable, beautiful touches, authentic, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate’s place. Everything we needed was there and more. A much appreciated bottle in the fridge, fuel for the Barbie, you name it. We had a great time.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

The house is spacious, with everything you need for a stay, clean and in a good location, I would use it again.

Staying at Massimo’s place was a wonderful experience. He was an excellent host - very responsive, helpful, and genuinely super kind. Fiona Romano was a true delight to stay in. The space is charming and cozy, with beautiful morning views overlooking lush greenery. Free parking was just a 2-minute walk away, so if you're renting a car, there’s no need to worry about your vehicle.

Casa Lavinia, Was absolutely perfect, we loved our stay there. Beautiful apartment at the centre of Casperia. We couldn’t recommend it more! Marco was extremely understanding and patient with us as we had some minor delays at our arrival. Gave us great recommendations and provided us more than we needed for our stay. Extra touch was a gifted home made candle at our arrival. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the area. Highly recommend !

Our stay at Laura's Luna house was particularly valuable. Laura has created a truly enchanting apartment both for the attention to detail and for the choice of furniture. It's beautiful to be inside a medieval village and to hear the bell tolling while having breakfast. Laura was particularly kind in pointing out cultural events in the surrounding area and in any case very present for any form of need. We feel we can highly recommend this type of stay because we repeat The house is beautiful, extremely clean and well-kept and is located in the center of many itineraries and places to visit that can make your stay in Lazio unforgettable. We thank Laura for introducing us to this type of reality that she was able to welcome us very sweetly. The village itself is very nice to visit, for all its narrow streets that climb up to the Norman tower. A place of great peace !!!

The house has a modern and functional living area, equipped with all comforts, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a very charming outdoor space with a terrace overlooking the lake. A unique experience immersed in nature, I fell asleep to a concert of frogs and woke up in the morning to the chirping of birds, there is an excellent air supply, the bedroom has a double view. However, I recommend having lunch at the Oasi di Bianca, where you can swim and sunbathe. The beach is pet friendly. The friendly owners. Beautiful experience.

Silvia's country house immediately appealed to us because of its very stylish decor, the mix of old and new, its naturalness, the beautiful view and the peace and privacy. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, you could sleep at night with the window open thanks to the mosquito screens. The large living and dining room was also very pleasant. We felt right at home. We have always been able to reach Silvia herself very well and received help and tips about the area. The surroundings are very beautiful, the place poggio nativo itself is very quiet and does not impress with a lively atmosphere, but offers a supermarket that is easy to reach by car. However, there are many other places in the nearby area (~15 min) that offer restaurants & cafés. Small potential for improvement to the house would be: No sufficiently shady place outside at lunchtime (terrace greening from above too perforated, perhaps an awning

Giorgio's house is set in a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of seating and plenty of shaded places, even in the greatest heat. The infinity pool is a great size, a wonderful view of the fantastic scenery, is very clean and was cleaned regularly during our stay. The house is very high quality and stylishly furnished and the many loving details make it a particularly nice place to stay. The amenities are very comprehensive and even nice pool towels are provided! The two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor remain cool even on hot days, as they get less daylight or can be darkened by shutters. Giorgio always responded very quickly and courteously to our messages and has an always reachable and very helpful contact on site with his warm neighbor Alessio. We felt very comfortable!

As soon as you cross the threshold of the historic center, you are greeted by an atmosphere of yesteryear: cobbled alleys, stone houses, panoramic views and the silence broken only by the singing of birds or the ringing of bells. The apartment, expertly renovated, retains the rustic charm of the period, with exposed beams, terracotta floors and furnishings with an authentic taste. At the same time, it offers all modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and clean bathroom, and a cozy and quiet sleeping area. One of the strong points is undoubtedly the view: looking out the window, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills or a small square full of history and tradition. A stay that is not only a vacation, but a journey through the history and soul of a unique place.

Mesmerising place. Everything was perfect. The pellet stove was already on when I arrived. Nice and warm. Very good communication with the owners. They messaged before arrival and during my stay to make sure everything is OK. Very well described the location with photos how to get there. Truly enjoyed my stay. Make sure you do your shopping before getting there as there isn't any shop there. But, if you are looking for a stsy somewhere tranquil then this is your place. Highly recommend
