The house was the perfect place for our trip. The home is lovely but the garden, pool and view are what make it truly special. I cannot recommend this Airbnb more highly! The only slight issue was arriving in the dark, the location details were confusing. Claudia was extremely responsive and we found the house eventually but it would be helpful to provide some photos of the correct turning/location. However do not let this put you off, it truly is a magical place to stay!

Sweet little place surrounded by beautiful countryside. Lovely to have access to the pool which we really enjoyed on hot summer mornings. Close to Casperia, an enchanting town, and an hour’s drive away from some gorgeous towns. We were very happy.

The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Mary's House (or rather Mary's Villa) was super cozy, comfortable, spacious. We only stayed for one night (unfortunately) we had a great time, large patio, super stocked kitchen, two bathrooms and our cars were a stone's throw from the house. The children had a great time in the outdoor space, with the swing and the large garden. Niccolò was super helpful and kind! If you want to visit the area or relax in peace and quiet with a nice and comfortable swimming pool, I recommend you book with us and you will spend unforgettable moments! Thank you Nicolò!!

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

Fabulous villa !! Even more beautiful than the photos

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

Secluded villa with stunning gardens and a lovely pool. Although pool not heated, it’s fine in summer. The houses are quaint with classic Italian style (lots of beige / browns and knick knacks.) The place is huge and the gardens are just stunning, loads of outdoor space to relax or have dinner. Location a little tricky to find as gps maps doesn’t recognise the address. Bernado was on hand to answer all our questions throughout our stay. All in all great trip.

Adriana's villa is very nice, well maintained and comfortable, matching the description. Our stay was also magnificent thanks to Adriana's collaborators, always kind and collaborative. Our children had a lot of fun in the large pool and the meadows perfectly kept by the guard Gianni. The experience is to be recommended to everyone and for us to repeat.

We stayed for New Year's Eve at ivo and Claudia. What to say... kind and helpful people. Perfect house, we went in 4 families with a total of 15 people. The setting was suitable for 19 people so we were very spacious. Everything is perfect, highly recommended, we will definitely be back

Beautiful small organic farm designed with endless passion. The hosts are very accommodating and the surroundings are heavenly. The apartment is lovingly designed and offers all amenities. Also for children Really great! Very tasty own products - it is worth buying as much olive oil as possible :). You will want to come back to this special place and stay longer.

Claudia’s place is truly delightful and our stay was outstanding from arrival until departure. The host was very responsive and answered questions before the stay clearly and concisely. The home is large, beautiful, with stunning picturesque views across the property’s olive grove and beyond. Claudia’s hospitality was amazing; Check in was very easy and we were even greeted with an unexpected gift full of amazing home made delicious pastries, local honey, olive oil, home made bread and more. You can easily reach the Eternal City in less than an hour by car and then return home after a busy day to the tranquillity and charm of Claudia’s country farm. There are many places to visit in the area including the quaint hamlet of Farfa, with it’s local shops, bars, restaurants and the Benedictine Monastery, where chef Jamie Oliver once cooked for the Friars. This is by far the best Airbnb I have been to and would I highly recommend it

Amazing location and house

Very nice villa with an amazing view.

I have stayed at numerous Airbnb locations in the US and Europe. This was, by far, my favorite. The location was perfect for exploring the medieval area of Umbria and all the little cities surrounding Amelia. In addition, it was a little over an hour car ride from the Rome airport and a little over 2 hours to Florence. We traveled to Orte to take the train to Roma and Florence. It was easy to acquire tickets with the app Trainline. I cannot say enough good things about the Villa. We learned much about it's history from the owners Daniela and Aldo. The villa was built around 1863 and was totally refurbished to it's current condition. Aldo gave us a tour of their private winery and loved to share it's history. He even offered wine samples. All I can say is that they are the cutest couple ever! The property was well manicured and decorated with blooming flowers. The pool was clean and we enjoyed time in the "recreation" building playing ping pong and foosball. I would go back again!!!

A weekend with friends in an enchanting place, where the beauty of the area and the care of Norma and her husband for the small village are different, all with a deep respect for nature. It is surrounded by greenery and nothing is missing: a cute and very clean house, the private pool overlooking the valley, a wonderful veranda where you can have lunch and chatting in relaxation, the path that leads to the woods and the fireflies that give magic at sunset. I recommend it to those who want to treat themselves to precious time away from the city and the stress of every day, to immerse themselves in nature and fill their eyes with beauty.
