Et skønt ophold. Saras sted var magisk og var endnu flottere end på billederne. Vi tilbragte 6 dage i huset, hvoraf den ene blev brugt i Rom. 50 minutters kørsel, så står man i Centrum af Rom. De resterende dage blev brugt på husets lækre faciliteter samt udforskning af de små nærliggende landsbyer. Klar anbefaling.

The house was the perfect place for our trip. The home is lovely but the garden, pool and view are what make it truly special. I cannot recommend this Airbnb more highly! The only slight issue was arriving in the dark, the location details were confusing. Claudia was extremely responsive and we found the house eventually but it would be helpful to provide some photos of the correct turning/location. However do not let this put you off, it truly is a magical place to stay!

Wir durften ein paar wundervolle Tage in dem Haus von Chiara verbringen in dem wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt haben Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße auf einem kleinen Hügel umringt von Olivenbäumen. Das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt und strahlt eine unglaubliche Ruhe und Sicherheit aus! Im inneren fehlte es uns an nichts, das kleine Gästehaus bot uns ein wunderbaren Ort der Ruhe. Von Chiaras Familie erhielten wir ein paar super tips für Restaurants in Sabina die wir gerne wieder besuchen werden ! Chiaras Familie ist super höflich und einfach großartig! Wir kommen 2026 aufjedenfall gerne wieder ❤️ Danke für die tolle Zeit die wir bei euch verbringen durften ! Wenn wir könnten würden wir 6 Sterne verteilen !

The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

La Casa di Mary (o meglio dire Villa di Mary) era super accogliente, comoda, spaziosa. Abbiamo alloggiato solo per una notte (purtroppo) siamo stati benissimo ampio patio, cucina super fornita, due bagni e le nostre auto stavano a due passi dalla casa. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo nello spazio esterno, con l’altalena e l’ampio giardino. Niccolò è stato super disponibile e gentile! Se volete visitare la zona o rilassarvi nella pace e tranquillità con una bella e comoda piscina vi consiglio di prenotarci e trascorrerete dei momenti indimenticabili! Grazie Nicolò!!

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

Una location veramente speciale a pochi km da Roma. Il casale e tutto il parco circostante è tenuto egregiamente dai proprietari. Questo a dimostrazione di quanto siano orgogliosi di condovidere un luogo autentico tramandato da generazioni. Non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare!

La graziosa dependance di Roberta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e ha reso il nostro soggiorno più che confortevole. Roberta ci ha accolti due ore prima del previsto e, come fossimo persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele e una bottiglia di spumante per l’occasione del compleanno del mio compagno, di cui l’avevo messa al corrente al momento della prenotazione. Come se non bastasse, il frigo era pieno di yogurt di ogni tipo, latte e succo di frutta. In cucina c’erano molteplici varietà di tè, caffè sia in polvere che in cialda, biscotti e brioches, fette biscottate, varie tipologie di confetture. Roberta è stata carina, gentile, disponibile, affabile e il suo b&b la rispecchia appieno. Letto comodissimo, asciugamani profumatissimi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon di una discreta potenza. Insomma, il luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare per visitare comodamente Spoleto e dintorni ma soprattutto per godersi del sano relax in una tenuta immersa nella natura.

Secluded villa with stunning gardens and a lovely pool. Although pool not heated, it’s fine in summer. The houses are quaint with classic Italian style (lots of beige / browns and knick knacks.) The place is huge and the gardens are just stunning, loads of outdoor space to relax or have dinner. Location a little tricky to find as gps maps doesn’t recognise the address. Bernado was on hand to answer all our questions throughout our stay. All in all great trip.

La villa di Adriana è molto bella, ben tenuta e comoda, corrispondente alla descrizione. Il nostro soggiorno è stato magnifico anche grazie ai collaboratori di Adriana, sempre gentili e collaborativi. I nostri bambini si sono molto divertiti nella grande piscina e nei prati tenuti in maniera perfetta dal guardiano Gianni. L'esperienza è da consigliare a tutti e per noi da ripetere.

Posto incredibile, host super disponibile. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Sono stato bene, la zona è molto bella e tranquilla per rilassarsi.

Siamo stato per capodanno da ivo e Claudia. Che dire… persone gentili e disponibili. Casa perfetta, noi siamo andati in 4 famiglie con bambino in totale 15 persone. L’ambiente era adatto per 19 persone quindi siamo stati molto larghi. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo ci torneremo sicuramente

Wunderschöner & mit unendlich viel Herzblut gestalteter kleiner Biobauernhof. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und die Umgebung paradiesisch. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Auch für Kinder wirklich toll! Sehr leckere eigene Produkte - es lohnt sich so viel Olivenöl wie möglich zu kaufen :). Zu diesem besonderen Ort möchte man gerne wieder kommen und länger bleiben.

Claudia’s place is truly delightful and our stay was outstanding from arrival until departure. The host was very responsive and answered questions before the stay clearly and concisely. The home is large, beautiful, with stunning picturesque views across the property’s olive grove and beyond. Claudia’s hospitality was amazing; Check in was very easy and we were even greeted with an unexpected gift full of amazing home made delicious pastries, local honey, olive oil, home made bread and more. You can easily reach the Eternal City in less than an hour by car and then return home after a busy day to the tranquillity and charm of Claudia’s country farm. There are many places to visit in the area including the quaint hamlet of Farfa, with it’s local shops, bars, restaurants and the Benedictine Monastery, where chef Jamie Oliver once cooked for the Friars. This is by far the best Airbnb I have been to and would I highly recommend it

Casa Lavanda is een fijn huis, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door property manager Meg. Zij had heerlijke lokale producten voor ons gehaald, die wij mochten gebruiken. Zo fijn bij aankomst al wat spullen in de koelkast te hebben en wat andere lekkernijen. Meg verzorgd met liefde het huis en de tuin. We hebben diverse keren tomaatjes geplukt uit de moestuin, net als kruiden die we nodig hadden bij het koken. Echt fantastisch. De bedden en de douches zijn ook fijn. Voor alle ramen zitten horren tegen de insecten, waardoor je wel kan ventileren en geen beesten binnen krijgt. Wij hebben in veel Airbnb’s verbleven, maar dit is wel de beste. Wij zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen. Gerald en Andrea hartelijk bedankt voor het beschikbaar stellen van jullie huis voor ons. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Vor allem der Außenbereich mit der üppigen, grünen Natur, der Ruhe und den vielen Tieren um einen herum war wundervoll. Unsere Kinder haben die Tiere, vor allem die beiden süßen Hunde, sofort in ihr Herz geschlossen und wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super und sie standen jederzeit hilfreich zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und alles Gute!

I have stayed at numerous Airbnb locations in the US and Europe. This was, by far, my favorite. The location was perfect for exploring the medieval area of Umbria and all the little cities surrounding Amelia. In addition, it was a little over an hour car ride from the Rome airport and a little over 2 hours to Florence. We traveled to Orte to take the train to Roma and Florence. It was easy to acquire tickets with the app Trainline. I cannot say enough good things about the Villa. We learned much about it's history from the owners Daniela and Aldo. The villa was built around 1863 and was totally refurbished to it's current condition. Aldo gave us a tour of their private winery and loved to share it's history. He even offered wine samples. All I can say is that they are the cutest couple ever! The property was well manicured and decorated with blooming flowers. The pool was clean and we enjoyed time in the "recreation" building playing ping pong and foosball. I would go back again!!!

Maureen e le sue figlie sono donne meravigliose. Stare a casa loro significa capire perché questi sono posti magnifici non solo da vedere per qualche giorno, ma da vivere. Camere belle e silenzio e, colazione super, terrazza eccezionale

Un weekend tra amiche in un posto incantevole, dove traspare la bellezza del territorio e la cura di Norma e il marito per il piccolo borgo, il tutto con un profondo rispetto per la natura. Si è immersi nel verde e non manca nulla: una casa graziosa e pulitissima, la piscina privata che affaccia sulla valle, una veranda meravigliosa dove pranzare e chiaccherare in relax, il sentiero che porta nel bosco e le lucciole che regalano magia al tramonto. Lo consiglio a chi vuole regalarsi del tempo prezioso lontano dalla città e dallo stress di tutti i giorni, per immergersi nella natura e riempirsi gli occhi di bellezza.
