We had a very nice stay in Pesaro! Eva's apartment is in a perfect location: very close to the beach and also to the city center. There are a lot of restaurant and bars right around the corner. Still, the area ist quiet and nice. Eva ist a perfect host, if there are any questions, she'll answer them immediately. Thanks a lot!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

The apartment is exactly as described, spacious and bright, really equipped with everything. The location is exceptional: from the window door you can see the sea and you can easily access the promenade with many restaurants and clubs. The only downside is that Mr. Claudenzio specifies in the description, trains pass nearby and if you have a light sleep, it can sometimes be annoying. Once the windows are closed, the noise is non-existent as the windows are brand new. Claudenzio and his wife are friendly, very helpful and kind. It is very much felt that that house was loved and lived, it reminds me of my childhood vacation home on the lake and we really felt very comfortable. I really hope to come back because we discovered beautiful places without too many people and confusion. We will bring the memory of this forever vacation with us 💖

It was great! The location super - 1 min from the beach - right outside the front door! Very pleasant location and many delicious restaurants. To recommend: Restaurant Boy & le many if you don't like to be fish:) the hosts very sweet and only recommended. Will definitely be back again!

A really nice place, we were able to enjoy our stay very much. The house is quietly located in the countryside and has a great garden that you can enjoy both day and night. We were able to have a lot of fun in the pool and at the same time did not have to worry so much about our child, as the pool edge is nice and high and could not climb or fall alone. The house is tastefully designed and very spacious. It's only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are also many other places to go nearby. Fabio, the manager, and also the owners themselves were very friendly and immediately on hand when we needed help. Thanks! :-)

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

The apartment perfectly matched the photos – very nice, clean and cozy. I felt comfortable from the start. I really appreciated the opportunity to use the bicycle, as I don't have a car: it was the ideal way to explore the city and its surroundings. The area is quiet and well connected, perfect for getting around easily. Viola was always available and responded immediately to all my requests. Highly recommended!

Short stay but thanks to the hospitality received to the maximum. Very clean house, facing the sea, with private parking that is absolutely needed in the area. Very comfortable beds and a large living room. Thank you Donatella for the availability and attention you gave us!!!

Silvia and Paolo were very kind and welcoming hosts. Due to traffic, we arrived later than the agreed time and Silvia, super helpful, welcomed us with a smile! The house is cozy, it really makes you feel at home, it is clean and nothing is missing. It is also very fresh, which is definitely a plus in summer! Our weekend in Cattolica was perfect. I recommend the dimora dei bagnanti to everyone, it was a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely be back! :)

Apartment in the center of Cattolica with easy access, spacious, spacious, functional, clean. Great large terrace, usable for alfresco dining or lunch. Two balconies and the exposure on three sides guarantee excellent ventilation of the apartment that allows you to use the air conditioner to a minimum. The availability of four bicycles was a very welcome plus. The kitchen works great. The only downside, not tied to the apartment itself, is the noise of the scooters that blow in the street below. I can only leave a great review, a place to keep in mind for future excursions to the Romagna Riviera.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Giulia's idyllic house. Everything necessary was on site and as described. We personally did not like the walking distance very much, but a few kilometers further there were more beautiful beaches. Overall, we enjoyed it and we will definitely come back one day.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone
