Perfect stay from every point of view. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well organized, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is ideal both for visiting the city and for reaching the sea in a short time. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. A special thank you to the host for his availability, kindness and attention: always present and ready to help with any need. The vegetables from the garden that were offered to us were also very much appreciated, a really welcome surprise. More than positive experience, we would gladly return and absolutely recommend this accommodation!

It's a very nice apartment with all the amenities. Good Wi-Fi, good shower, coffee machine, kitchen and shower supplies. Domenico, who lives in the same building, is friendly, responsive and went out of his way to help me with a parking permit for the city's blue parking zones. The house is decorated with Domenico's own artwork, which makes it really special. It is located on a pedestrian street in the historical centre, still very quiet and silent. Close to Teatro Rossini, restaurants, museums, supermarket, shopping. Not at the beach (which is good), but within walking distance. I had a very nice stay!

Anusca was very welcoming and kind. The house is large, well-kept, clean and equipped with all comforts. The garden is very comfortable. The place is quiet, very close to the sea and has an internal parking lot. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back. Thank you Anusca.

Susanna is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. She is very responsive - she even interrupted her evening to immediately help me with a light bulb issue. As for the apartment, it was sparkling clean with a nice view from the bedroom that overlooks the Urbino countryside. The apartment is so ideally convenient to the main square yet quiet since it is located on a little side street. If I come to Urbino again, I would definitely stay at Susanna’s place.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in the center of Fano for a week and everything was great! What makes it so special in my opinion is the fabulous location: located on a beautiful street in the center but at the same time a 5-minute walk from the sea. The apartment had everything you need and even more, Fabio and his brother were very kind and always available in case we needed it. Therefore, I can only highly recommend the stay in the beautiful Fano and in this very nice apartment!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

We spent a wonderful week at Nicola’s place, wish it were longer! The house is so charming and cozy we felt right at home and it was so hard to leave! The location was so perfect for us as we got to explore so many beautiful charming cities every day from the coast to the mountains. Nicola was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants, cities to visit and everything! Highly recommend!

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very nice, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

Nicolo welcomed us warmly into the wellfurnished apartment. We felt right at home in the spacious apartment.

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

We stayed here for three days. The place is as described, functional, and well-stocked, tidy, and clean. Super friendly and helpful host, clear in the directions. We had a great time!

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!

Exceptional Home & Host!

Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal. Mr. Lino and his wife are reserved, discreet but always ready and helpful. We left a piece of our heart. Congratulations, we hope to return. Chiara and her very kind, welcoming family, for whom nothing is too much trouble run this restored farmhouse, in a beautiful spot near historic Pesaro and Fano. Gelsomino's second bedroom was smaller than we expected but it did not spoil our stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beds comfortable. The pool is enticing, a good size and well kept; the garden is lovely and there are delightful spots in which to relax, play or dine al fresco. There is so much to see and do in the area; an opera festival; charming beaches a short drive away, towns to explore. Chiara's recommendations of local places to visit of artistic and architectural interest were inspired, as were the family's great tips on where to enjoy delicious typical regional food. We spent a very lovely fortnight at Ca'Princivalle! Thank you.
