We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

We had a very nice vacation. The place was clean and very nicely decorated, and the hosts were very dedicated and friendly. We would recommend this place at any time!

This is the second year that we have stayed in Mauro's house with our 16-month-old baby and a Dobermann, and I believe that this will remain a fixed, unmissable stop for us to spend our summer holidays. A large, fully fenced outdoor space, a quiet area and a cozy and clean apartment, equipped with all the services, make this an optimal solution for those who, like us, decide to spend their holidays with their 4-legged friend. At the same time, the proximity to the center of Riccione and the complete availability of Mauro, who can be reached at any time and for any eventuality, instills security in full respect of privacy, making the stay ideal even for the little ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The place was super equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

Close to shops, etc. by car. 15 minutes by car to the sea. Large spaces both inside and out. Very nice and personal. Wonderful pool area. 4 toilets and showers.

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. We enjoyed very much our staying at La Rocca. The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished and has got everything you need. The garden is impeccable and very well looked after. If you love nature, this place is incredible, the position is on the top of a hill with a view all around. Anna, the owner is kind and happy to help.

Mark & his beautiful home were simply incredible . The property has been restored to perfection. Every single little detail, Mark has thought about. This place is idyllic & serene with breathtaking views & nature at your doorstep. The mountains are just outside, so my husband was out practicing every day for his next bike race. My daughter & i loved relaxing by the pool & visiting all the nearby medieval villages & Forts. Mark was the best informative & kind host that we have ever encountered traveling around the world. We cannot thank you enough. Until we meet again.

The house is really great, the surroundings and the view are fantastic. You absolutely have your peace, can use everything in the garden, especially the pizza oven we liked very much. By car, you can reach the village in five minutes. We had a great time and would be happy to come back, communication and cleanliness were also great.

Luciano and his family could not have been more helpful!! The view was amazing and house's wifi worked great as well. The town is less than t minutes away and ot was nice for us to have such a private place to stay as a quite respot while on our italian tour.

Very well received and informed by Sanzio and Milva, Roberto's cousins, who were really friendly and offered us a good "homemade" dessert. Small well-appointed house, we would have liked to stay longer. Nothing is missing. Good bedding and sheltered terrace for meals with a superb panorama. Very quiet. Ideal and relaxing. Beautiful discoveries of cities in the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge fenced garden where our dog could jump around – a real dog paradise! The hostess was very warm and even put a few small things in the fridge for us – a nice gesture! The kitchen equipment was great, it really had everything you need. A highlight was also the chickens – fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the garden once they have laid some. The view is fantastic, there is plenty to do in the area, and good restaurants are also not far away. We would definitely go back and can only recommend it.

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delicious: cozy, clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything, equipped with a very comfortable parking space and outdoor space that opens to a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic pearl, it offers the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended on the expanse of the sea. An additional peculiarity: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, they were once probably communicating, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Anita was super nice host helping with everything that was asked. Apartment was nice, had everything we needed. However it was quite hot inside - air conditioning would be a great improvement. But it was not in the offer, so it was really good value for money!

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Elisa and Cesare are great. We felt like home from the first minute onwards. The entire apartment is very clean and possess everything you might need (with clear instructions everywhere). We found a vegan welcome cake which was then supported with organic strawberries. The accommodation is in a peaceful location where you can take a break from the life. Totally recommend, will be back!
