Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, è disposto su tre piani ed è dotato di tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno. Christian è davvero disponibile e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo professionale e cortese. Dovendo riportare l'unica cosa "negativa" che abbiamo scoperto solo al nostro arrivo e alla quale però il proprietario sta già lavorando è la poca linea telefonica o rete per internet. Neanche usando l'hotspot de telefono è stato possibile utilizzare internet sul pc perché appunto i telefoni (di operatori diversi) non prendevano. Sarà però presto disponibile una connessione stabile, consiglio solo, in caso pensiate sia necessario, di assicurarvene. Per il resto check in e out semplicissimi, zona tranquilla ma vicino ai servizi (fermata bus proprio fuori dal cancello) e piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, come cioccolatini e una bottiglia di vino che ci sono state offerte. Grazie per aver ospitato la mia famiglia! (7 adulti con 2 bambini) Villa con piscina incantevole. Un bagno per ogni stanza. Ottima per una vacanza di coppie o famiglie. Super spaziosa, con tutto quello che serve per passare dei giorni in tranquillità lontani dallà città. Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Mooi ruim verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt. Lekker zwemmen, chillen in de jacuzzi en BBQ-en. Alle rust en ruimte om helemaal tot jezelf te komen. Marissa is een vriendelijke hoast die ervoor zorgt dat je niks tekort komt en dat je alles kunt vinden wat je nodig hebt.

Es waren 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Lorettas Unterkunft. Besonders gut war : Der Jacussi Die Sauberkeit Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer Die gute Ausstattung Sehr gute Betten Mückenschutz an jedem Fenster / jeder Balkontür Vielen Dank. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt

Abbiamo alloggiato in 13 presso la casa di Angelo, per il weekend del 2 giugno. La casa è molto bella, in una zona tranquilla, è molto spaziosa sia all interno che all esterno, con un patio e un giardino che offrono una bellissima vista. La piscina essendo fuori terra non è grandissima ma assolutamente funzionale per rifrescarsi mentre ci si gode il giardino, ed è stata molto sfruttata dalle 5 bambine del gruppo che si sono divertite moltissimo! Angelo è stato sempre disponibile e gentile nei nostri confronti, un ottimo host!

Een absolute aanrader!!! Wij hebben de ruimte geboekt om een paar dagen tot rust te komen voor onze grote bruiloft. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven en is heel comfortabel, rustig, en met vele voorzieningen. De host is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hij stuurde ons allerlei tips voor activiteiten in de buurt, reageerde heel snel op al onze vragen en kwam ons tot slot nog een mooie fles wijn brengen toen hij hoorde dat wij later die week gingen trouwen. Echt heel lief. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen! Der freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – glasklar und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Die Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein perfekter Ort für einen ruhigen Urlaub und um die italienische Natur zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Das Anwesen und das Wohngebäude liegen in einer sehr ruhigen und entspannten Lage - perfekt zum Abschalten. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Der Kontakt mit Paolo war unkompliziert, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft und Umgebung waren fast noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Ein sehr angenehmer Mensch und absolut zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

Zeer aangenaam huis in een mooie streek. Bij problemen heeft Mara altijd erg snel geprobeerd een oplossing te vinden. Zalig genieten aan het prachtige zwembad en ideaal gelegen om Le Marche te ontdekken.
