Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Lecco

Everything went very well. Apartment with a great view right on the lake. Nice balcony and access to the pool. You need to have your own car, otherwise you won't be able to get here. The kitchen has everything you need. Nice area, and a constant smell of flowers. I recommend it.

The apartment is highly recommended. It all feels new and also everything was clean including bathroom. Amenities were sufficient. The location is very good, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from Promenade and the station for the ferry. In our time, the city was very quiet and pleasant compared to the other cities on Lake Como. Nevertheless, the city offers restaurants, bars and attractions for every man. The hosts were also very easy to reach and were always quick to respond to questions. They were also very benevolent. In summary, a successful vacation.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a fantastic view of the lake. The kitchen is very modern and practically furnished. It has everything you need. We used the refrigerator with ice cube function every day. The location was in a side street and therefore very quiet, but still only a 5-minute walk to the bakery (Panetteria) and a 15-minute walk to the harbor promenade. There was a collection point nearby for the disposal of recycling waste, but the disposal of household waste was a bit cumbersome and could only be reached by car. Thank you for the wonderful time.

we were looking for a place with a beautiful lake view and nice for our family of 4. Casa Cristina has met all the conditions: clean and spacious accommodation, comfortable beds and a great view of the lake. Very convenient and functional accommodation,we will recommend it!

Fantastic place. In a beautiful town, and perfect location right next to the train station. The apartment is very clean, and has all the kitchenware you could need. Has a great time, would go back!

We had a lovely stay at the place. The apartment was very nice and clean, but a little clairvoyant. If necessary, getting there with a very large car would be harder, otherwise it was easily accessible. There were 2 cats at the accommodation and sometimes a very nice dog was visible, as there is still a man living in the house, who is also very friendly.

Highly recommend this sweet airbnb. Location is about one hour from the base of the lake but the town is much less touristy and so more relaxed. 2 outdoor terrace spaces (one shaded and one sun) were absolutely fantastic and the view was stunning. Inside there’s a functional kitchen, a large bathroom, and enough space for 4 friends or a small family. Towels aren’t included (€6 per set), and we did have to pay for gas (for us was €11 for 6 days). Wifi wasn’t very strong but it was nice to be off the grid. The host and her family are very nice people (the listing is run by an agency but the owner herself is lovely) — and fyi there isn’t the stated safety deposit. There is a small beach in town but the airbnb is on a steep hill, so you’ll need a car. Overall highly recommend and would return!

We had a very pleasant stay with 9 adults and 3 children. The house is beautiful, first-class amenities (also children's dishes and cutlery are available, as well as high chairs, crib and some toys) and plenty of space and retreat options in the house and garden. The lake and shopping facilities are within walking distance (or by stroller) in 5/10 minutes. The communication on site and with the hostess worked without any problems. A small deduction, as the WLAN in the rooms on the upper floor and in the basement is only weakly available or not available at all. Otherwise highly recommended.

The stay in Antonio's apartment was super nice! The apartment was cozy (just like the photos) and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed our own terrace, which is very well equipped (tables, chairs and sun loungers) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Como. Communication with Antonio in advance and during the stay was excellent. It is particularly noteworthy that, unfortunately, during our vacation in Gravedona, we had problems with our car and Antonio and his whole family were very happy to help us with advice and action. The whole family took great care of us and helped us. That was not a matter of course and we are very grateful! We can recommend a vacation in beautiful Gravedona at Antonio's to everyone!

Wonderful location if you like quiet. Splendid lake view, perfect with the terrace and small garden, no vis-à-vis, the village downstairs is not invaded by tourists. We'll be back

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

A great place to stay that matches the pictures. If you like peace and nature around you, this is the place to be. The view over the lake is gigantic and Casa Il Nibio is well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would come back!

We spent a week's holiday in como. The accommodation was perfect! The view is outstanding, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The beach is unfortunately a bit further away than we thought (20 min walk). There is a small village shop around the corner, but the rest is easier to reach by car or bike. There is a large car park right in front of the house. The wifi was sometimes a bit slow, but working from home was still possible. Overall a super great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Helena was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, well-kept, and full of charm. She made everything easy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a spot that has some good creative design to it, Giuseppe’s Airbnb is the place to stay! We loved everything about it. It’s on a boulevard but it’s really quiet since he’s put in some really good windows. Convenient for the metro as it’s just across the road. Giuseppe was also a really responsive host - we got ourselves in a bit of a pickle when we parked in a spot that had a street market the next day and our car was towed. We reached out to him and he had answers for us immediately. We highly recommend Giuseppe’s Airbnb!

Great place, it was really clean. I was very impressed. Close to tube stations which makes it easy to get into the centre of Milan. Horacio was a good host!

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!
