Many thanks for this beautiful place! Federica thought absolutely about everything, you can feel there like in real italian home. Its so close to the lake, shops and restaurants. If you want to feel italian vibe go to this place, its absolutely ammazing. Its really comfy for 4 people but 6 people also can have still enough space. And many thanks to Angela who knocked the door with a bottle of wine wishing us Buon Ferragosto😍

Where to even start. We had an incredible stay at Anna’s. Anna greeted us upon arrival and was communicative before, during and after our stay. She provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do but even just staying at the house was enough! The house is directly on the lake with a beach that felt mostly private! It was never too crowded with more than a handful of people at a time, most of the time we were the only ones! The house also has a private patio and the most amazing view. There’s nothing like waking up to that view with sounds of the birds and lake - so serene. There is a shop right around the corner that we were able to buy groceries and wine at and great restaurants within walking distance, even with three kids in tow. We absolutely loved everything about Anna’s place and hope to be back!

We are a family of 5 staying at Daniela’s place. Daniela is super friendly and proactive. We particularly love the garden that is full of jasmine flowers and we enjoyed having dinner in the garden almost every day. One set back is that the bathroom of the main bedroom is a bit humid without a fan for ventilation. We had to keep the bedroom back door open to keep the ventilation.

We loved staying at sisters house . Great location, clean, great amenities . Elena was easy to work with and very responsive and flexible . She booked restaurants for us and was very helpful . We highly recommend staying here. Ciao!

What a fantastic holiday we had here! Giovanni is a great host, he gave good tips on what to do in the area and also what the good restaurants are. The best restaurant is without a doubt Giovanni's Spritz-house. In addition to a delicious welcome drink, Giovanni also regularly hosts a dinner for the guests here. And he really delights you. Delicious food, coziness and a nice ice cold limoncello at the end. The apartment has all the comforts and cozy, homely furnishings so you feel right at home here. And the view…. Magical! We highly recommend this accommodation!

Great for big families with children. Very clean quit place. Walkable distance from lake, local restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time, children loved staying there. My 6 years old child decided to buy that exact house when he grows up :)

The location was amazing. Seems like a brand new condo! Cristina responded quickly. The living room and bedroom were in separate areas so you had to go outside to get to the bedroom which we were totally fine with just a lot of keys!! This spot is perfect and a bus stop is right outside!

Great stay at casa unica with girlfriends. The host, Bruno, was attentive: clear communication despite the language barrier, super responsive with lots of recommendations and attentive. The rooms were accurate to the photos, the room with bunk beds is a bit small for adults, but everything is functional. Since the house is shared, the outdoor spaces are common but it remains quiet and accessible. Private terraces are top notch with a nice view and a peaceful environment. Very small downside for the pool smaller than we had imagined in the photos and not very clean. But nearby beach very nice. Great location if you have a car we were able to make all the villages of the lake with trips of one hour maximum and shops are nearby. Another big thank you to Bruno and his kindness, I highly recommend you to spend your stay at casa unica.

Francesca’s home was the perfect place to begin our vacation in Bellagio. Upon our arrival, her warm and welcoming husband greeted us, making us feel instantly at home in Italy. Francesca was at the house as well, which felt like staying at a beloved grandmother’s cozy retreat nestled on a hillside with stunning views of the lake. The home was well-equipped with all the comforts one could need. Conveniently, there was a bus stop just about 300 feet up the road, offering an easy ride into Bellagio for only 4 Euro. We also enjoyed using their electric bikes to explore the area. Mornings were spent enjoying breakfast on the patio, relaxing in the garden, and taking in the beautiful lake views from our bedroom window. It was truly a magical and memorable experience.

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s around the world and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed in! Extremely warm welcome on arrival with a glass of Prosecco and some homemade donuts which were delicious. The home was immaculate and super cute, use of the swimming pool was a massive bonus. Each morning we came out to our veranda all setup ready for an incredible breakfast, as soon as we came out to eat we were greeted with cappuccino, scrambled eggs and hams and cheese, each morning made the day feel extra special. We thank our hosts so much. And would 100% come back. Thanks for an unforgettable and enjoyable stay James & Hope.

We loved our stay. Met every need and more. Our hosts helped us to understand the area and crucial facts about their property. We loved the two unexpected “residents” that provided additional fun. We hope to return.

Wonderful place to stay. Just like in the photos and as described. Everything you need. The last part of the journey is single-lane serpentines, but everything is well fixed and therefore feasible without problems. Definitely worth it for the amazing views!

We had a great stay at Renato and Renata’s place! They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and very accommodating throughout my stay. Communication was smooth and they were always available if I had any questions or needed anything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I would definitely recommend staying with them!

In this old, but perfectly renovated, railway cottage you will find everything you need after a day of hiking on the Sentiero del Viandante. Good beds, good shower, equipped kitchen. Don't shop too far. Heg is a bit in a corner of the city. Right next to the railway but that doesn't bother you. Fine, for one or multiple nights in Dervio. Recommended!

The perfect place to stay!! Antonia was absolutely amazing! Great communication, she even met us at the train station to guide us to the place! Location was perfect, we loved how this town isn’t as busy as Como. It was very clean and we felt safe the entire time! Very short walk to the train station and the lake. Amazing views too!! 100% would stay here again!!
