Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Lecco

Все пройшло дуже добре. Квартира з чудовим виглядом прямо на озеро. Гарний балкон та вихід до басейну. Необхідно мати своє авто, інакше сюди не добратись. На кухні є все необхідне. Гарна територія, і постійний запах квітів. Рекомендую.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es fühlt sich alles neu an und zudem war auch alles sauber inklusive Badezimmer. Ausstattung war ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und 10 Minuten von Promenade und der Station für die Fähre. Zu unserer Zeit war die Stadt im Vergleich zu den anderen Städten am Comer See sehr ruhig und angenehm. Trotzdem bietet die Stadt Restaurants, Bars und Attraktionen für jeder Mann. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr gut zu erreichen und haben immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Zudem waren sie sehr wohlwollend. Zusammenfassend ein gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer super Terrasse und einem fantastischen Blick auf den See. Die Küche ist sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Den Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion haben wir täglich genutzt. Die Lage war in einer Seitenstraße und daher sehr ruhig,aber trotzdem nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Bäcker (Panetteria) und 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hafenpromenade. Für die Entsorgung des Recycling-Müll war gleich eine Sammelstelle in der Nähe, doch für den Hausmüll war die Entsorgung etwas umständlich und nur per Auto zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Gastfreundschaft von Michela und Christian war wunderbar, die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See war ein Traum. Man braucht ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an den See aber der Pool und der Garten bei der Unterkunft sind auch sehr gepflegt und schön, Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren überdurchschnittlich sauber. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber, aber etwas hellhörig. Gegebenfalls wäre die Anfahrt mit einem sehr großen Auto schwerer, ansonsten war sie gut erreichbar. An der Unterkunft waren 2 Katzen und manchmal war ein sehr lieber Hund sichtbar, da in dem Haus noch ein Mann lebt, der ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Highly recommend this sweet airbnb. Location is about one hour from the base of the lake but the town is much less touristy and so more relaxed. 2 outdoor terrace spaces (one shaded and one sun) were absolutely fantastic and the view was stunning. Inside there’s a functional kitchen, a large bathroom, and enough space for 4 friends or a small family. Towels aren’t included (€6 per set), and we did have to pay for gas (for us was €11 for 6 days). Wifi wasn’t very strong but it was nice to be off the grid. The host and her family are very nice people (the listing is run by an agency but the owner herself is lovely) — and fyi there isn’t the stated safety deposit. There is a small beach in town but the airbnb is on a steep hill, so you’ll need a car. Overall highly recommend and would return!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit 9 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist wunderschön, erstklassige Ausstattung (auch Kindergeschirr und - Besteck sind vorhanden, ebenso Hochstühle, Kinderbett und einige Spielsachen) und viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in Haus und Garten. Der See und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß (oder mit dem Kinderwagen) in 5/10 min erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und mit der Gastgeberin klappte problemlos. Ein kleiner Abzug, da das WLAN in den Zimmern im Obergeschoss und im Keller nur schwach bis gar nicht verfügbar ist. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Aufenthalt in Antonios Appartement war super schön! Die Wohnung war gemütlich (ganz den Fotos entsprechend) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir die eigene Terrasse genossen, welche sehr gut ausgestattet ist (Tische, Stühle und Sonnenliegen) und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Comer See bietet. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio im Voraus und während des Aufenthaltes lief hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir leider während unseres Urlaubs in Gravedona Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten und Antonio und seine ganze Familie uns mit Rat und Tat ganz herzlich zur Seite standen. Die ganze Familie hat sich wahnsinnig lieb um uns gekümmert und uns geholfen. Das war keine Selbstverständlichkeit und wir sind sehr dankbar! Wir können jedem einen Urlaub im schönen Gravedona bei Antonio empfehlen!

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous l’avons trouvé idéal pour notre famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Il a fait très beau le temps de notre séjour, nous avons donc particulièrement profité des extérieurs. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Claudia, la personne qui gère sur place la location, fut disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerions sans hésiter !

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die den Bildern entspricht. Wer Ruhe und Natur um sich herum mag, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Blick auf den See ist gigantisch und Casa Il Nibio ist toll ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

We spent a week's holiday in como. The accommodation was perfect! The view is outstanding, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The beach is unfortunately a bit further away than we thought (20 min walk). There is a small village shop around the corner, but the rest is easier to reach by car or bike. There is a large car park right in front of the house. The wifi was sometimes a bit slow, but working from home was still possible. Overall a super great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Helena was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, well-kept, and full of charm. She made everything easy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a spot that has some good creative design to it, Giuseppe’s Airbnb is the place to stay! We loved everything about it. It’s on a boulevard but it’s really quiet since he’s put in some really good windows. Convenient for the metro as it’s just across the road. Giuseppe was also a really responsive host - we got ourselves in a bit of a pickle when we parked in a spot that had a street market the next day and our car was towed. We reached out to him and he had answers for us immediately. We highly recommend Giuseppe’s Airbnb!

Great place, it was really clean. I was very impressed. Close to tube stations which makes it easy to get into the centre of Milan. Horacio was a good host!

We had a great stay in this Milan apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit — a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Milan!

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!
