IL BORGO - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Villa Nina is a house from the 1700s with an ancient charm, conservatively renovated while maintaining the original characteristics of the time of construction. It has an enchanting view of the lake and mountains; quiet but not isolated, away from the pollution and noise of the city. It is located in Cestaglia di Perledo about 400 m above sea level, about 3 km from the center of Varenna. It has a swimming pool with an equipped garden and a beautiful panoramic terrace.

Bright two-room apartment near hiking trails and a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes, with private covered parking. It consists of a large living area with a 4-seater sofa and a modern open kitchen equipped with everything you need (induction stove, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, dishwasher, etc.), as well as a TV and peninsula.
