A magical stay in Bellagio! We had the most incredible time at this beautiful apartment in Bellagio. The accommodation was immaculate—spotlessly clean and in excellent condition throughout. The facilities and equipment were top-notch, a fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances and thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days exploring. One of the true highlights was the stunning infinity pool with breathtaking views over Lake Como—absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, offering local recommendations and ensuring everything was just right during our stay. A special mention to Bellagio Sailing—we booked a private boat trip with them and it was, without a doubt, the best decision of the trip. Cruising across the lake with such knowledgeable and friendly guides was the perfect way to experience the magic of Como from the water!

The airbnb was stunning! it had stunning views and everything we needed. unfortunately we had to walk up the airbnb and trust me that was not easy at all but the scenery was amazing so still worth it but keep it in mind! the host was lovely and left easy instructions

The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and Raluca is very available for any need

We were there for 5 days and very satisfied. Daniel is a nice host who makes a lot of effort and has tips for the area. The room with kitchenette and bathroom is perfect for two people. The garden is lovingly and artistically designed

I very much enjoyed my stay at Giovanni’s flat in Bellano. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, within a short walk to restaurants and the ferry, and the host was very responsive and accommodating with recommendations to ensure his guests have a great stay. I would highly recommend Giovanni’s residence!

The apartment has a magnificent view over the Como lake. Hosts are very friendly and always helpful. There is everything you need and the apartment is in great condition. The lake is within walking distance of a few minutes.

Several co-owners of the housing. In case of problems, Andrea is responsible for responding to requests. She is a very pleasant, proactive and accommodating person. Accommodation located at a height offering a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Everything was functional or quickly became functional. A little cleaning would have been an undeniable plus. The stay at Mauro's was perfect! The house was perfectly well-equipped, much more than necessary! Mauro gave us plenty of great activity tips, it would have taken us at least twice as long to do everything! The location is good: 20 minutes from the lake and directly in the mountains for walks!

A very friendly and welcoming family. Entry to the house is easy via smartphone at any time. Miriam, Cristiano, and their two lovely daughters showed true Italian hospitality, inviting me several times for dinner, aperitivo, and even a hike. The house is beautifully located in the mountains, with a short drive to Lecco. Not ideal for daily trips to Milan, but perfect for nature lovers and those who value warm hosts and a comfortable stay.

It is a very nice stay. The arrival is well arranged and the information you need is on time. The house itself is clean and well furnished. However, it is even better, plenty of space, and a nice pool. The view is great! I am too long to be in the shower inside, but the shower cabin at the sauna in the rear part of the complex is fine! The driveway is steep but no problem, the car is safe and dry. Serena is a good host, friendly and quick to respond. Her father lives on the upper floor, leaves early and comes back late. Incidentally, is a very cozy and friendly man with whom you can have a nice chat very well. All in all, a good address for a relaxing holidays. Highly recommend. Thanks again Serena and Henry

We truly enjoyed this stay. It gave variety of options from busy villages around Como lake which is at close proximity to quiet and peaceful hiking in the mountains. Apartment is fresh and felt recently renovated. Kids enjoyed morning chicken views from the window and pastries from local bakery. Communication with Pamela was great and easy. If we ever back in this area we would definitely stay in this place again. Highly recommend

This home was beautiful, clean and updated. We loved the views out almost every window! So many little amenities that helped give it that special touch. We would recommend this place!

My family and I stayed at Lorenzo's apartment for a good two weeks and we were delighted. The location is wonderful, right on the water, garden use easily possible, a lot can be explored on foot and many beautiful towns are easily accessible by car/ ferry. Communication was impeccable and the apartment very clean. Clear 5 stars 😊

It was excellent!👍 The rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was delivered great, the surroundings were quiet, and the view was fantastic. Our host Maurizio was very friendly and helpful – he even gave us a bottle of champagne as a welcome and was always very quick to respond to our requests, giving us a lot of useful information, such as a map, travel tips, recommendations for food and shopping. It was really helpful. The swimming pool with sun loungers and jacuzzi was definitely the highlight. We were able to relax wonderfully and enjoy the time 😌

Riccardo was a fantastic host! The apartment had incredible views of Lake Como and was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as expected. Riccardo was always quick to respond and truly went the extra mile—he even helped me navigate local transportation. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Once again, we had a truly wonderful stay at Lorenzo and Anna-Maria’s apartment. As always, everything was spotless clean, with fast and easy communication throughout. The flexible check-in made our arrival stress-free, and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The apartment is perfectly located right next to the lake, offering a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. We especially loved spending time in the half-shaded garden—complete with garden chairs, a table and a parasol. Just steps away, there’s a charming little “pebble beach,” perfect for relaxing while the kids splash around. Evening walks along the lakeside were the perfect way to wind down after sun-filled days. A special thanks to Paola, who is always incredibly helpful and attentive with anything needed during our stay. Another big plus is the nearby ferry dock—just a short walk away—which makes it easy to explore other villages around the lake. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

Super close to Bellagio and easy to get to all the close by towns. Amazing hikes in walking distance and 2mins walk to the lake. Would 💯 go back and recommend

I had a lovely 5 night stay with my husband and daughter. The accommodations are spacious and the back patio was my favorite spot to relax. My daughter loved the pool. The location is fantastic as it’s close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade, ferry, and restaurants. I will definitely make a return trip!
