Appartamento carinissimo in pieno centro paese. Posto consigliato

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Raffaella und Mimmo. Die beiden sind sehr herzliche und zuverlässige Gastgeber. Sie wohnen direkt über der Unterkunft und ab und zu begegnet man ihnen draußen. Wir haben uns über jede nette Unterhaltung mit den beiden gefreut! Auch wenn wir wenig Italienisch sprechen, war die Verständigung überhaupt kein Problem. Raffaella schenkte uns sogar Ackerbohnen aus ihrem eigenen Garten und wir durften ihre Kunstwerke in der Werkstatt bestaunen. Die Unterkunft war makellos und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Unser Highlight war das traumhafte Panorama, was sich einem von der Terrasse aus bietet. Für uns als Tierliebhaber waren die zwei Katzen und Hunde, die ebenfalls auf dem Gelände sind (insbesondere Noa) eine freudige Überraschung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, falls wir nochmal in Formia sind.

We had a wonderful stay in Formia at Gisella’s house. The apartment is beachfront and the terrace is big and has a great view to the sea. The local people in the community and at the beach were very friendly and sweet. They invited us to taste different local food and to join a name day-party, at the beach. The local children played with our children. Every day they played football at the beach or handball or volleyball in the water. Our children age 4, 9 and 11 had a great time. We felt very welcome. The neighbor town “Gaeta” is beautiful and we were there several times. We can recommend to rent electric kick scooters with the app “Reby”. With them, the children suddenly loved sightseeing. Gisella was a perfect host. She sent many recommendations and was very sweet and helpful with everything we needed. We can definitely recommend Domus Hormiae to others.

Christian è stato un host squisito e disponibilissimo. La casa è anche più bella delle foto e presenta tutti i confort necessari. Vicinissimo al supermercato per ogni necessità. La pista ciclabile fino al centro di Borgo Hermada ha permesso a mia figlia di muoversi in autonomia con il monopattino. Soggiorno eccezionale. Ringraziamo veramente Christian per essere stato sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Vicinissimo al circolo ippico Borgo Hermada per chi, come mia figlia, dovesse partecipare a gare di equitazione. Lo consigliamo a tutti! E speriamo di ritornarci presto anche per fare un tuffo nella splendida piscina privata!

Un solo problema, siamo stati troppo poco!! Tutto perfetto! Giovanni e il figlio Giuseppe sono stati super gentili e disponibili. La casa è perfetta per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra e lo spazio esterno è meraviglioso! Speriamo di tornare!

The the apartment itself is in a beautiful, residential old town 15min walk of pretty much everything you’ll want to see. The owners are super friendly and accommodating, and we can’t wait to come visit again in the near future :)

The accommodation has a very good location in a beautiful city of San Felice. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bars, grocery stores, sea. Andrea is a very helpful host who has always been there for us. The trip has definitely remained a good memory for us.

Pino, Teresa and Giovanni couldn't have been more lovely hosts. Our family had an incredible stay, the pool and surrounding views were perfect and we were able to see amazing nearby towns. Pino gave wonderful recommendations and the house was lovely and big enough to fit everyone comfortably. It is an adventure to get to the house, but we had no issue with the help of Teresa and Giovanni. Definitely great for families who like adventure and want to explore locally.

Alloggio pulito e confortevole anche se il bagno era un po’ piccolo…c’era però la doccia calda fuori. La signora Elena molto simpatica e disponibile. L’alloggio è situato a pochi passi da una spiaggia libera e da ristoranti. A noi è piaciuto moltissimo e ci siamo trovati veramente bene…come a casa

Casa esteticamente meravigliosa, design molto particolare e giardino curato nei minimi dettagli. Pulita ed accogliente, completa di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Host disponibile e reattiva per qualsiasi richiesta. ottime le convezioni con alcuni ristoranti della zona. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ciao. Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti di Robbi per 10 giorni ad Agosto 24. L'alloggio è al piano terra di una villetta quadrifamiliare con posto auto privato e un giardino veramente ben tenuto proprio sulla spiaggia, non bisogna neanche attraversare la strada. La villetta è all'interno di un residence privato fuori dal centro di Terracina; se durante il giorno la spiaggia è parecchio affollata, la sera la zona è molto tranquilla. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato, sia come locali che come servizi, esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio; unico neo qualche problema con la connessione WiFi e quindi con i programmi TV in streaming (non c'è antenna). Ci spiace non aver conosciuto di persona il nostro host Robbi, anche se telefonicamente si è costantemente interessato di come andasse il nostro soggiorno; a proposito devo ringraziarlo per la disponibilità nel preparare, al nostro arrivo, un sorpresa per mia moglie. Buona vita a tutti!

Siamo stati 3 giorni nella bellissima casa di Giordano. Non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla, era accessoriata di qualsiasi cosa e ci ha anche messo a disposizione frutti ed erbe aromatiche del giardino. La casa era super pulita, spaziosa e i letti comodi. Gli unici due inconvenienti sono le zanzare (non che sia colpa del padrone di casa) e un po’ di rumore durante la notte proveniente dalla strada affianco che è molto di passaggio. Giordano è stato carinissimo, sempre a disposizione e ci ha dato un sacco di tip utili sulla zona e ristoranti/gelati/etc. Veramente un super host! Consiglio questa bella casetta a chiunque voglia passare qualche bella giornata di mare!!

Das Haus liegt strategisch sehr gut und man kann somit alle schönen Plätze und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für eine Reise mit Hund, da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Das Haus hat die ideale Größe für 2 Personen. Sandra ist eine super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar ist und tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gibt. Wir hatten schöne und erfüllte 2 Tage in Circeo.

Sono stati 2 giorni di pieno relax,grazie a Marisol per la premura e la disponibilità affinché tutto fosse come noi ci aspettavano.

Расположение отличное тихо понедельник— пятница, суббота воскресение с 8—00 слышны ружейные выстрелы какой-то полигон рядом. Рекомендуем автомобиль очень удобно добираться до моря и термальных источников, которые расположены недалёко (Suio) там есть общественные —без платы круглогодичные и 8—12 евро при многочисленных отелях работают до первого октября. Советуем покупать воду для приготовления пищи, 0,17€ — 2 литра в магазине, т.к. местная вода имеет специфический привкус и осадок. Хозяева адекватны порядочны и практически всегда доступны.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Emanuele ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen. Auch Check in und Check out können nicht unkomplizierter verlaufen. Wir können es also jedem aus vollster Überzeugung empfehlen! Sehr gerne wieder!

Fabrizio è un host molto disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alle immagini ed è veramente di facile accesso. Il parcheggio libero sottostante al palazzo ci ha dato la possibilità di muoverci con estrema facilità. Consigliato 👍🏻

Not only was the apartment super clean and quiet, but the owner Livia was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful - even giving us fresh eggs from her chickens, fresh fruit from the local markets, and olive oil from her trees! She was available for absolutely everything we needed. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, a 5 minute walk to an amazing restaurant (Re Trombone), and there are bus stops on the main road (for Terracina or Sperlonga/Gaeta), a 5 minute walk away. / 5 stelle! Non solo l'appartamento era super pulito e tranquillo, ma la proprietaria Livia è stata super accogliente e disponibile - ci ha persino dato uova fresche dalle sue galline, frutta fresca dai mercati locali e olio d'oliva dai suoi alberi! L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da una bellissima spiaggia, a 5 minuti a piedi da uno dei migliori ristoranti (Re Trombone) e ci sono fermate dell'autobus (per Terracina o Sperlonga/Gaeta) 5 minuti a piedi sulla strada principale.

It was our second time staying here. The place is great. The washer was broken, but the host offered pick up laundry service at no cost. Very responsive and helpful. Overall amazing location and views in Norma.
