Beachfront holiday rentals in Province of Latina

I cannot say enough about Imperia's home. The location is PERFECT. I've been dreaming of it & Ponza since returning home to NY. It's located just a 5 min walk down a set of stairs to some of the most beautiful rocky beaches in Ponza with lovely waterside cafes. Similarly it's a short walk to town where you can find grocery stores, cafes, lovely restaurants and bars and easy bus access to the port. Imperia and Aldo are truly the warmest hosts we've ever stayed with. The room is perfectly appointed. We made pastas with ingredients from town and she was kind enough to share herbs from her garden and homemade amaros. The room's vaulted ceilings her grandfather built are as beautiful as the sunsets & stars you can enjoy on the two terraces facing the water (one private). They are happy to make recommendations on boat rentals (which you can get from the beach below), restaurants and just about anything else you need on the island and can even arrange yoga! We cannot wait to visit them again!

I travel a lot, but this apartment and the host truly impressed me. Giancarlo personally picked me up from the train station, carried my suitcase, and walked me to the apartment. I was amazed by the quality of the place—its design, coziness, and overall atmosphere. I almost didn’t want to leave! The area is also great—close to the train station, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back! :)

The property is located in a perfect location, just steps to the beach. The house is spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. We really appreciated the opportunity to dine outdoors. Amenities offered: fast Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, outdoor shower. In addition, the small details like the books available made the stay even more enjoyable. Davide and Gabriele were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and restorative getaway to the sea. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

A very nice and quiet place to spend a few days, the view is very nice and the place is very nice, I would definitely stay with Luca and Agata again.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Everything was easy for checkin and place is clean and had beautiful 12 foot ceilings giving a sense of space and airiness! The location is amazing! Right in the centre of the town square steps from beautiful cafes and restaurants. The most beautiful beach only 5 min walk away. As well, the main train line is a 5 minute walk. The host provided excellent recommendations. We will definitely visit Nettuno again! Fantastic

I stayed in a different apartment than the one I was supposed to stay in due to a problem with the air conditioner. Obviously, I was made aware of the problem before I arrived. The apartment is on the side and more spacious. Despite being in the center, the windows insulate very well from the outside and I have never heard any noise. Despite the heat, the good insulation of the ancient walls and a ventilation system kept the room cool. The apartment is also equipped with electric fans that I rarely used. The bathroom is outside the apartment but in the entrance hall of the complex. I found it very comfortable, especially when returning from the beach. It avoids bringing sand into the house and increasing the humidity of the air. The spaces are just right, I would definitely go back, even in smartworking. The location is very central with every choice of restaurant or club. The beaches are easily accessible from various stairways. Maya is extremely helpful, kind and understanding.

We had a great time staying with Gabriele. We enjoyed the view of the sea, the great clean apartment. Beds are very comfortable, also the pull-out sofa for the kids. Easy check-in, but a lot of keys (entrance gate, house, apartment, beach access, roof terrace). The beach access leads to a paid beach, but you can also go a few meters further to a free beach. The house itself (e.g. staircase) is in need of renovation, but the apartment and roof terrace are great! We are happy to recommend it.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

The view! The VIEW! It was amazing :) It's about a 5 min walk from the street to the apartment, so heads up if you have luggage or anything. The view was so beautiful and we cooked one night at home simply to soak up dinner on the lovely patio. We had a wonderful stay.

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

Fantastic Place, highly suggested!

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Small apartment but equipped with everything you need for a stay of two people. Roberta welcomed us and helped us find the accommodation right away and explained everything with courtesy and friendliness. Very equipped kitchen, bathroom with very large shower. In addition, free use of umbrellas and deck chairs is provided. The property faces directly to the beach through a private gate, very important service in addition to free parking inside the property right in front of the house.

Wow! A stunning condo in a stunning location. The unit is surrounded by many fantastic restaurants , shops, and other amenities. The beach was gorgeous, and the hosts were very helpful with recommendations. We hope to return soon! Note: there are a lot of steps required to access the unit and beach. If you have trouble walking or climbing stairs, might not be a great option for you. We loved this part, too, though!

A great stay! Beautiful views, and felt so peaceful being up high. Had everything I needed, and was the perfect location for Sperlonga - easy to walk the flat central area, and right at the base of the "hike" up to the old center. It is many flights up without an elevator though, so be prepared! Alessandro was an amazing host and always prompt with any questions.

We had the most amazing experience at Mediterranean Breeze with Vincenzo as our super host and boat captain. The apartment features a huge terrace with stunning views and is conveniently located close to everything in town. Vincenzo is incredible and made our holiday unforgettable! If you want to have the most incredible experience of your life, you MUST take a boat trip around the island with Vincenzo as captain. We spent two days with him, and he showed us places we will never forget – far beyond what the big boats offer! We will definitely return to Brezzamediterranea and the exceptional host Vincenzo!

Beautiful apartment with beautiful marine decorations. It is located in a street that may be difficult to access for the first check-in, but thanks to the directions of the Host Mirko, it is much easier to find. In front there is a building under renovation but throughout the stay there were no works so no problem regarding annoying noises. Being just a few meters from the beach, it was very convenient to get around on foot, even though we had a car. I would highly recommend it to young couples who want to have a good stay in the beautiful setting of Gaeta.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset.
