We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super-equipped. Absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our stay. Davide and his wife are very nice. The apartment is simple, modern and clean, you can easily walk to the beach or the city. The furnishings are rather minimalist, but there is everything you need.

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. P.S.: Tony's farm's tomatoes, cucumbers, and renowned celery were a resounding success. Goodbye, Antonello & Gino.

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!

I stay at Arturo's place frequently. There is such a warm welcome and the location is perfect for Cassino town centre, shopping and railway station. The terrace is a large enjoyable space. Beds are very comfortable. Its secure and safe. Arturo is a great host; comunication with him is easy and response times are excellent.

Maria Paola welcomed us in a very friendly way, putting us immediately at ease. The location is easily accessible: you can easily find parking in the immediate vicinity. The spaces in the apartment are spacious. The rooms and bathroom are in great condition and very clean. The furnishings are complete and the beds are comfortable. It turned out to be an ideal solution to spend a weekend in Latina with the family.

Beautiful area at a great value, parking is a little tight but can accommodate a medium sized car. Easily drivable distance from beaches, Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo small town downtown areas, tons of nature, and many local restaurants. Excellent location to give you a drivable hub to all of the beauty Sabaudia offers!!

The apartment is idyllically located on a hillside with a magnificent view of the sea. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The hosts are very friendly and easily accessible. We'll be back!!!

The house is very nice, equipped with new furniture and appliances. We stayed in 3 (two adults and a small child who slept on the comfortable sofa bed). The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk from the sea where there are many bathing establishments, excellent especially if you are traveling with small children as in our case.

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to make you have the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sunbeds and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Our stay at Leterra Luxury Apartment was absolutely beautiful! The apartment is exactly like the pictures – stylish, clean and very well equipped. What impressed us most was the spacious terrace with a gorgeous view to the sea – the perfect place for morning coffee or to relax in the evening. The location is ideal: close to the beach, but secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility. The host was very kind and communicative, and everything went flawlessly from check-in to departure. We had a great time and will be back with love. I highly recommend!

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. Silvia's holiday apartment is thoughtfully put together with all of the amenities one needs for a beautiful time in Ponza. The location of the apartment is just perfect -- overlooking what we discovered to be some of the most beautiful swimming spots on the island. We slept comfortably and had hot showers. We appreciated that they left toiletries for guest use, as this can sometimes be difficult to carry when traveling light. And also appreciated that they left espresso for us to use. Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
