Loved visiting Anzio and Nettuno and staying in Stefano’s place! Short walk to the beach and into town where there is the port, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Beaches are gorgeous and the cave/tunnels and ruins were an added adventure.

Federico's apartment is really very comfortable and well maintained and equipped, in a convenient location right in the center of the village, definitely recommended!

What can I say... I'm from Rome but Anzio has been my great love for years... this time with Andrea's accommodation I enjoyed the entire sea below the house and at the same time the historic center and its beauty. Well furnished and really clean house, with fantastic views of the beach adjacent to the caves of Nero . I recommend Anzio to everyone and I recommend this house to everyone, where you will surely feel at ease.

A great stay! Beautiful views, and felt so peaceful being up high. Had everything I needed, and was the perfect location for Sperlonga - easy to walk the flat central area, and right at the base of the "hike" up to the old center. It is many flights up without an elevator though, so be prepared! Alessandro was an amazing host and always prompt with any questions.

Great stay at Maria's, the studio has a beautiful terrace, and the name " the sunset " took all its meaning when we could admire the sun that fell on the sea

We are very satisfied with our experience and treatment with Simone and his father in Ponza. The apartment is nice, clean and has a superb patio with lots of space, furniture, fruit trees and shade. Simone communicated well and was flexible in terms of check-in and responded lightning fast when we had questions or sought recommendations for restaurants, beaches, grocery store and more. We can highly recommend this home. Very nice area and you can't find a friendlier host.

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

House surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Tyrrhenian sea. Tastefully decorated a little retro typical of Italian seaside houses' 60s: a dip into the past but with all the comforts of today. Very full bedroom furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen. The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to make you have the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sunbeds and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

It was a fantastic week in the fantastic apartment in the heart of Sperlonga. Everything was so clean and nice place. At first glance I was surprised how great and thoughtful everything was. The air conditioning was so great and necessary during the hot days. I would definitely recommend staying there and I hope to comeback again.
