Super helpful. The accommodation is very well maintained and has direct access to the beach of Neptune. A real surprise. We will definitely be back. Very helpful host and allowed us to have flexible check-out times.

The apartment is nice and well-equipped. I have a stay with 3 other people and I have to say that the spaces are right. The two air conditioners were essential to freshen up the house. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and thorough. The only downside of the area is paid parking, but this doesn't depend on the apartment of course.

We were greeted by Gianluca and his sister, two very welcoming and helpful people. Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the historic part of Formia and a few minutes' drive from the various places of interest, also with a view of the sea! We'll definitely be back.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Francesco and his partner welcomed us to their beautiful villa, they were always kind and helpful in our requests. The house is really very nice and fresh. Beautiful bells in the garden that with the wind create a really pleasant symphony. I will definitely be back.

Staying at Marco's was like being at home, he was always kind and understanding. The house was perfect as pictured, clean and well organized environment, what about the outdoor space and the view. The location of the property is also excellent, two steps from the center but sheltered from the chaos of the main street. We really appreciated all the various directions to make the most of the stay, also exceptional the possibility of leaving luggage on Marco's veranda to enjoy the last day until the time of embarkation. I hope to return to Ponza soon and I will definitely visit Casa Acqua Marina again! Thanks again Marco

Loved visiting Anzio and Nettuno and staying in Stefano’s place! Short walk to the beach and into town where there is the port, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Beaches are gorgeous and the cave/tunnels and ruins were an added adventure.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

It was an amazing stay! Exactly like described, in the middle of nature , relaxing.. We had long walks around the Azienda Agricola in the middle of their agricolture .. They sell their own produce We will definitely come back! Thanks to Laura , she is an amazing host! … and the food of their restaurant is genuine and delicious! Everything tastes insane!

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Gabriella's accommodation is great, very clean, well maintained and decorated and equipped with love. The outdoor area is also very cozy. Two small supermarkets and some restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop is very close. From the apartment you have a view of the countryside but unfortunately not of the sea. The nearby bay has been closed for years due to rockfall. All access to the sea via mostly steep footpaths. The boat trip to Palmarola with "il Fauno" is also highly recommended

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

The house is very bright, the rooms are spacious and very well organized. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and for the table, the terraces are also very useful and the proximity to the beach is very convenient. We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to make you have the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sunbeds and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

I have been to many AirBNB’s but never have I seen one as well stocked as this lovely home. There was everything we needed for a family dinner upon arrival! Maria Teresa is a delight. Very responsive and full of helpful suggestions. Easy check in and check out. Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms and very light and airy. This house is close to old town, which is a must. Also, very close to the best beach. We will be back and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Anzio in the apartment very much. You can do anything on foot. Chiara welcomed us, she's adorable. The apartment is very clean. There is everything you need in the apartment. We would have stayed much longer.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

We were accompanied by the address indicated to the apartment by Mrs. Sonia, who was immediately very kind and helpful, along with Roberto, throughout the stay. The area is really very quiet and the balcony view opens to valley. In general, all the spaces in the room were spacious, bright, and clean. The bathtub was greatly appreciated, although we were unable to activate the hot tub (I don't know if due to actual problems or our incompetence). Various products have also been provided for both bathing and cooking, so even for longer stays there would be everything you need. For check-out the owners were really very permissive, as there were no reservations for the next day. If you are driving, Lenola is definitely an excellent base to visit nearby areas as well, such as Gaeta. Absolutely recommended for those looking for peace of mind!
