the house is conveniently located to appreciate the beautiful sea of Sperlonga, the beach is within walking distance. Also nearby is a bar,restaurant, convenience store, and pizzeria, practically below the house. The beds are comfortable and the linens are provided of excellent quality. Silvia is a kind and helpful host.

Danilo and his family were incredibly welcoming and responsive hosts. Their home in Sabaudia is clean and beautiful with a stunning outdoor cooking area, large, open spaces, had plenty of space for larger families travelling, and the downstairs shower was a dream. They generously gave us a delicious crostata and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We ran into some transport trouble due to a public transport strike on the day we were due to arrive, and Danilo was incredibly responsive, helpful, and understanding, going the extra mile to help us navigate Italy’s public transport system. The house is conveniently located close to a major supermarket and is a short walk away from the town’s major piazza with all the amenities. This is one of the best places to stay for any trip to Sabaudia.

we had a great time, the house was very functional and very equipped, there is everything, really clean and welcoming, the garden is beautiful and the residence is beautiful. I will be back.

the apartment was in good condition, and the host made us find clean linens for everyone and the sofa bed is ready and was very kind, the place where the apartment is located is not the best, so I think the price is a little high, but everything went well

The flat is located on the first floor of a villa just 1 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from several restaurants. We stayed there with our 1.5 years old son and we really enjoyed the nice garden and the playgrounds that are 5 min walk from the house. The host Blandina is very friendly and helpful, she welcomed us with a basket of organic vegetables. Prior to my visit I read some comments about the gaps in the balcony: I can only say that for a kid of 1.5 years old it's fine and there is no danger. We can only recommend this place!

Very nice and spacious villa, equipped with ample indoor and outdoor spaces. The presence of many bedrooms and bathrooms makes it ideal for a nice party. Proximity to the sea, with private access, availability of umbrellas and sun loungers in the beach area, make it even more appreciated. Maybe you could improve the decor that looks a little old and spartan but still functional.

Perfect place to get some rest. Beautiful nature, very friendly and helpful Andrea’s family, nice swimming pool area (like oasis between mountains and fields).

We had a great experience with this airbnb and also the host of it (andrea). He was very kind and helpful lending us a hand whenever we needed something in no time. The house has a great location with routes to go for a walk in nature or thru the town, the Swimmingpool was a minute away by foot and also a bar where you could get something cold or warm to drink. Without a car it is a more difficult to get out and away from the nearest village/surrounding area. If you are looking for a grounding experience somewhere in a village in italy, you will have a great time staying at this airbnb.

we arrived much later than expected, the welcome was truly wonderful. Breakfast was a plus, with everything you need, toiletries in large quantities! Dogs are welcome. Highly recommended!

“Simple life, simple living. “ The house was absolutely stunning. The grounds were breathtaking. Andrea was an absolute joy to meet and be friend our stay at his home felt like I was visiting family. Andrea was a very accommodating host and treated us like we were part of his family. It didn’t matter what time of the day it was as he would constantly remind us that whenever we needed something to give him a call and he would be there in seconds. I tried not to take advantage of that, but my conversations with him were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Italy, It is a must to stay there. Andrea on our first day realized that I was here visiting family and offered his home to my extended family for all of us to get together so we could see each other. Not only was he a gracious host but he also came bearing gifts almost every day. I honestly had tears in my eyes on the day I left as I knew I would miss him and the amazing property.

We had a great stay. The house was delicious, clean, equipped with every comfort. The owners put us at ease from the beginning and went above and beyond. The surrounding landscape is even wonderful and has nothing to envy to more acclaimed vacation spots. It's been a week of total relaxation, good food, beautiful sea but above all a sense of peace and well-being away from the chaos of the city. If I recommend it? Absolutely yes! We thank Nico, Franco and Donatella for the wonderful welcome they gave us and we hope to be back soon
