Super disponibile. l'alloggio è mantenuto benissimo e ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia di nettuno. una vera sorpresa. torneremo sicuramente. Host molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di avere orari di check out flessibili.

L'appartamento è carino e ben attrezzato. Ho soggiorno con altre 3 persone e devo dire che gli spazi sono giusti. I due condizionatori sono stati fondamentali per rinfrescare la casa. Le indicazioni per il check in ed il check out sono state chiare ed esaustive. L'unica pecca della zona è il parcheggio a pagamento, ma questo non dipende dall'appartamento ovviamente.

Siamo stati accolti da Gianluca e la sorella, due persone molto accoglienti e disponibili. Ottima location, posto a pochi minuti a piedi dalla parte storica di Formia e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle varie località di interesse, inoltre con vista sul mare! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Francesco e la compagna ci hanno accolti nella loro stupenda villa, sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili riguardo nelle nostre richieste. La casa è veramente molto carina e fresca. Bellissime le campane in giardino che con il vento creano una sinfonia davvero piacevole. sicuramente ci tornerò.

Soggiornare da Marco è stato come essere a casa, si è dimostrato sempre gentile e comprensivo. La casa era perfetta come in foto, ambiente pulito e ben organizzato, che dire poi dello spazio esterno e della vista. Ottima anche la posizione della struttura, a due scalini dal centro ma riparati dal caos della via principale. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo tutte le varie indicazioni per goderci al meglio il soggiorno, eccezionale anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella veranda di Marco per godersi l’ultimo giorno fino al momento dell’imbarco. Spero di tornare presto a Ponza e sicuramente tornerò a trovare Casa Acqua Marina! Grazie ancora Marco

Loved visiting Anzio and Nettuno and staying in Stefano’s place! Short walk to the beach and into town where there is the port, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Beaches are gorgeous and the cave/tunnels and ruins were an added adventure.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

It was an amazing stay! Exactly like described, in the middle of nature , relaxing.. We had long walks around the Azienda Agricola in the middle of their agricolture .. They sell their own produce We will definitely come back! Thanks to Laura , she is an amazing host! … and the food of their restaurant is genuine and delicious! Everything tastes insane!

Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

Die Unterkunft von Gabriella ist großartig, sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe dekoriert und ausgestattet. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Zwei kleine Supermarkts und einige Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen Blick ins Grüne doch leider nicht aufs Meer. Die Bucht in der Nähe ist seit Jahren wegen Steinschlag gesperrt. Alle Zugänge ans Meer über meist steile Fusswege. Sehr zu empfehlen auch die Bootstour nach Palmarola mit “il Fauno”

E’ stato un weekend perfetto e rilassante! Casa pulita ed accogliente, il giardino poi totalmente recintato e curato ha permesso al nostro labrador di correre e giocare in assoluta sicurezza. La Sig.ra Graziella poi è stata da subito gentilissima. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

La casa è molto luminosa, le stanze sono ampie e organizzate molto bene. Nella cucina c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare e per la tavola, anche le terrazze sono molto utili e la vicinanza alla spiaggia è molto comoda. Il punto di forza è il garage sotto casa, la consiglio vivamente. Antonella

Das Gästehaus auf Girolamos Grundstück ist sehr stilvoll, genauso wie der gepflegte Garten drum herum. Es ist ruhig. Man ist aber nicht alleine. Neben dem Haus des Besitzers gibt es noch ein Haus für ein angestelltes, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Paar. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, allerdings ist die Küche recht klein (kein Backofen o.ä.), also kochen nur basic möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

het is een mooi appartement volledig zoals beschreven. De gastvrouw reageerde tijdig op onze vragen. De flexibele aankomsttijd door het sleutelkastje was heel handig, zeker als je vertraging opliep door het vervoer, zoals ons overkwam.

La casa è pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi strutturati in maniera intelligente, e con un meraviglioso balconcino che dà proprio sulla piazza di Sperlonga. Le dimensioni sono pensate per rendere il soggiorno più sereno possibile, abbiamo anche trovato delle cose per la colazione che sono state molto gradite oltre che dei prodotti per il bagno. La cordialità dell'host ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole, siamo dovuti arrivare di notte e Vincenzo è stato disponibile nonostante l'ora tarda ad aiutarci con l'apertura della cassetta perché sia io che la mia compagna non riuscivamo ad inserire bene il codice essendo la prima volta che facevamo il checkin automatico; abbiamo avuto anche bisogno di chiedere informazioni sul parcheggio e i lidi ed è stato sempre molto presente e disponibile consigliandoci anche qualche locale dove poi siamo andati a cenare trovandoci più che bene. Lo risceglieremmo perché la posizione è ottima, come la cordialità dell'host. TOP

L’appartamento è molto pulito e assolutamente come in foto, Giuseppe è stato davvero tanto disponibile, presente, attento a tutti i dettagli per farti avere l’esperienza, la coccola, di casa tua ma in vacanza. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare rende tutto spettacolare, l’unica nota dolente è stata dover andar via! Torneremo sicuramente, un pensiero anche per Daniel che ci ha aiutato con lettini e ombrellone, gentilissimo anche lui, sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato assolutamente.

I have been to many AirBNB’s but never have I seen one as well stocked as this lovely home. There was everything we needed for a family dinner upon arrival! Maria Teresa is a delight. Very responsive and full of helpful suggestions. Easy check in and check out. Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms and very light and airy. This house is close to old town, which is a must. Also, very close to the best beach. We will be back and highly recommend.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Anzio dans l'appartement. On peut tout faire à pied. Chiara nous a bien accueilli elle est adorable. L'appartement est très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Siamo stati accompagnati dall'indirizzo indicato fino all'appartamento dalla signora Sonia, che si è dimostrata subito molto gentile e disponibile, insieme a Roberto, per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La zona è veramente molto tranquilla e la vista dal balcone si apre sulla vallata. In generale tutti gli spazi del locale erano ampi, luminosi e puliti. Molto apprezzata la vasca da bagno, anche se non siamo riusciti ad attivare l'idromassaggio (non so se per effettivi problemi o per nostra incompetenza). Sono inoltre stati messi a disposizione vari prodotti sia da bagno che per cucinare, per cui anche per soggiorni più lunghi ci sarebbe tutto il necessario. Per il check-out i proprietari sono stati davvero molto permissivi, non essendoci prenotazioni per il giorno dopo. Se si è in macchina Lenola è sicuramente un'ottima base di appoggio per visitare anche le zone vicine, come Gaeta. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca tranquillità!
