Great location and furnishings very much above expectations. Note the very very small bathroom and the windows small enough for the size of the space. Quality amenities for the kitchen, coffee , bialetti capsule machine... so much quality and attention to detail for a fairly high price. Great experience

Our stay at Paolos house was great! It is a wonderful house and surrounding. We found everything what we needed and everything was clean and cosy! A perfect place to calm down. Paolo picked us up and led us directly to the accommodation, gave good advices and the communication was flawless. In addition Anna and Sophia (the dog) were a special add on ;) We definitely recommend this place!

Modern structure, 5 minutes by car from Pescara. Perfect for relaxing and escaping the daily hustle and bustle. Cristian was super kind, he welcomed us with a fridge full of drinks and breakfast supplies. Highly recommended!!!

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

We loved it. Paola and Signora Anna are marvelous hosts. We will come back and stay longer.

Great hospitality, excellent accommodation, excellent cleanliness and also great company in a spectacular location that we appreciated the peace and tranquility, which we are looking for so far from everyday life.

We had a great time, Francesca and Sestina were very helpful and courteous. The house is cozy, clean, tidy and has two balconies that we have used a lot. We leave it with regret.

Lorenzo and Francesca were so kind to welcome us and give us very clear explanations about the house. This is a young couple who will pull out all the stops to make you feel at home. In a long time, another airbnb where the kitchen has everything to cook nicely, including sharp knives and a large refrigerator. There is stock available and it would be appreciated if guests would respect that. The pool is at a wonderful temperature for cooling off. The house is cool and equipped with all comforts including a sauna, washing machine and books to name a few. We used chatgtp to find beautiful routes in the area because it is wonderful to explore the area. Nearby are a few large supermarkets and in L Aquile there is a 24/7 carrefour. Oh yes… a bedroom with hard and soft pillows, how nice is that🙏🏼 A wonderful private house with a view of the mountains… so recommended. I wish Lorenzo and Francesca many happy tenants!
