The accommodation is right on the beach with a lot of restaurants and coffee bars nearby (one on the bottom floor of the same building). Montesilvano is a busting city of over 53,000 occupants so you can find practically anything you need within a short walk or brief drive. Valerio is super-responsive to any and all questions and concerns during your stay. This is a great accommodation in an ideal location for even the most discerning beachgoer. Very highly recommended!

I Booked this late because Alessia of "House by the sea and city center” cancelled me very late from a months old booking when little but this remained, albeit more expensive, no dishwasher and not near my friends... all personal issues, of course, and may not apply to everyone. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, well equipped (exept no dishwasher), near the beach and spotlessly clean. Check-in was a bit bumpy and at this price point it would have been nice to be met rather communicating by whats app. Once in, it went well. Elena was always available and most responsive and helpful with apartment info and info about Pescara. Whats app queries were were answered almost instantly. Very comforting. Although listed in the description, there was no microwave. After I pointed that out to the hosts, a microwave arrived in 24 hours. Like I said - responsive. My personal quibbles aside, this apartment is very nice, very comfortable and the hosts are most accommodating.

Tania greeted us and was friendly as she explained the easy access to everything. Her apartment was meticulous, one of the cleanest and most on point condos we have ever stayed at. She puts care into everything she does for her guests and it is evident in all the well thought out amenities (including a spacious balcony & parking). Our stay was truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Manola made us feel incredibly welcome—her warm hospitality was evident in every detail. She even surprised us with freshly baked brownies, a sweet touch that instantly made us feel at home. The place was immaculate, well-equipped, and couldn't have been better situated, just steps away from the beach. Manola was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, yet she gave us plenty of space to relax. If you're looking for a place with both a fantastic beachside location, and a great hostess, then we highly recommend this spot.

Francesca was a friendly and kind Host. Clean and comfortable rooms, all as described. The area is a short walk from the beach and very close to the center! Great experience.

Angelo's place on Lago di Scanno is super! Inside spacious and clean and very suitable for 4 people. Outside with beautiful lake view, and a lovely garden to relax in. Angelo is a very friendly host who is also easy to reach. All in all a prime location!

Francesca is a very friendly host! She provided us with lots of local recommendations and is fast to reply whenever we had any questions. The airbnb is great, perfectly clean and had no issues with the room. The communal kitchen had everything we needed and there is plenty of garden space too. The location is brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. The hosts were extremely helpful and warm, and made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for the great hospitality! We will definitely come back again.

Rose's place is a great value. It is located in a neighborhood on a narrow street but easy access to the free gated parking space. I expected something small for the price but was impressed with the room sizes. The apartment was spotless! Rose and her husband Ansel greeted us, gave us the tour and offered bicycles during our stay. Very comfortable, snacks were a nice touch and there really are turtles in the back garden.

Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

Great place, perfect location

Very comfortable apartment for 2 people, everything works properly and it is in an excellent location almost on the sea and close to everything, it also has a garage inside the building which is very important especially if you go in high season. Paolo is very kind and polite. I stayed out of season and I found the price very convenient. I don't know what it will be like in other months. I recommend it!

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabrizio's, he was very welcoming and responsive in conversation, the location of the apartment is perfect (city center but without noise, beach and supermarket very close), we will come back if we have the opportunity, we recommend it!

It was a great spot. Super clean & quite close to everything in Montesilvano. Great hosts ! Super close to the beach…. Maybe 200 meters. We would definitely go back.
