Located between the towns of San Valentino and Abbateggio, set in the Majella National Park and thirty minutes easy drive from the beautiful Pescara beaches. This is a truly wonderful location for relaxing. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen the apartment has a full size baby cot, high chair and baby bath as well as children's toys. There is also parking and private patio area with a BBQ.

There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Country Studio with Jacuzzi

Tramonto@Casa Fenice is a Studio apartment 30m from Casa Fenice. It has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. (Please view additional notes for jacuzzi availability in winter) The views over the Saline River valley are beautiful. Only 30mins to the beach and 45mins to the mountains!

New renovated one-bedroom apartment in the central area,well-served, 50 meters from the sea, with beaches equipped with umbrellas,deck chairs and games for children. Air conditioning,TV,washing machine,microwave,kettle,Wi-Fi. Double bedroom, 2 extra beds,on a comfortable double sofa bed. Possibility of an additional 4 beds,in an adjacent apartment with an independent entrance,in case you are traveling in a group.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Shelter through and cherry trees

The tent we rent is new and very spacious. The pole in the center allows you to stand in some places. It has a capacity of 4 single mattresses or two queen-size mattresses (up to 140cm each). Inside it is empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep (mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here in the facility. use of the kitchen is subject to a daily fee.
