La Prediletta is a great place for a quiet vacation and great access to the beautiful mountains and national park. it is remote but not so much to be inconvenient. It was a large, beautiful farm home in the middle of an olive orchard (where he presses his own oil) and great for our family of eight. The outdoor living space was most enjoyable for dining al fresco, ping pong, and cooking our own pizzas in the wood fire oven. Antonio was as friendly and responsive as we could hope. It is a wonderful place to stay.

We had a great time, with our dogs. The facilities are a 15/20-minute drive away. great, we'll be back!

Daniele and Sandra are a young couple who, despite having only recently started their hosting business, have proven to be at the level of those who already have experience. They were as professional in their punctuality and precision in their answers as they were kind in providing information and suggestions, and they were available for dialogue and present but without any intrusion. It was a pleasure to chat and discover similarities in our thinking. Living in the house, unexpectedly even more beautiful than in the photos, was comfortable in every respect, also thanks to the presence of a sweet cat that welcomed us when the rest of the family was absent. The accommodation is perfect! Everything is very clean and spacious. The garden of the house is beautiful and very comfortable for relaxing and drinking a good wine. The house has a privileged view, with many vineyards around. Katerina is a great host, always providing clear and accurate information. Mr. Carlo, who welcomed us, is very kind and friendly. We will certainly return to get to know the wineries in the region better.

My stay in L'Aquila was really pleasant. The villa I stayed in was not only very nice and practically new, but also extremely comfortable with all the amenities available. Its location close to the center has made travel very comfortable and allowed you to fully enjoy the beauty of this city. The interior of the villa was cozy and well cared for, offering a relaxing atmosphere after the days spent exploring the area. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to best experience the aquilana experience. A tip only for the host, attention to bed linen.

We stayed here on the weekend and it was a very pleasant stay, a beautiful house well furnished, very clean, accurate in every detail. The covered parking space is comfortable, the location of the house is fantastic, impeccable cleanliness, very hot house, nothing is missing to spend a stay with all the comforts of a mountain house. Finally, Lavinia, the owner is very kind, precise and always active with any request. We'll definitely be back

Dream stay! The house is spacious, cozy and immersed in the tranquility of nature with a spectacular view of the mountains, perfect for relaxing. Despite the quiet, the location is strategic: close to many interesting places to visit. Noemi and his dad were very kind, always available and very flexible even with the schedules, which we really appreciated. The house was super clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back with great pleasure!

This is a wonderful property. Huge, really good quality equipment/furniture. Bedrooms really big. It’s been beautifully upgraded and with a new pool overlooking the beautiful vineyards it’s fab. Massive ping pong battles and a bit of Pool on the large table. It’s peaceful. You need to drive to local village but Catignana has a nice weekly market in a lovely old town. The local supermarket Tigre is pretty good for anything you want. The grounds are amazing. You could easily host a lively wedding here (assuming they allow it). Host was lovely.

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Rented for the "100 days at maturity" to spend some time together, we could not have made a better choice. Spectacular house, many common spaces where you can spend time together and have fun, kind and friendly owners... if there are other events of this type I would not hesitate to return with other friends. Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

the location is fantastic, a villa immersed in the greenery of the Pescaresi countryside! It is a fairytale place ideal for parties or to stay with groups of friends or families! It was a wonderful home within walking distance of the beautiful town and 25 minutes to snow.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect and we are very happy to highly recommend it. A beautiful setting overlooking fabulous mountain views - all amazing to enjoy from the excellent private pool. Rocco and his dad Enzo are genuine, friendly and super helpful - we could not have had a more perfect stay in beautiful Abruzzo. Thank you so much for everything!

Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

We had a great stay in Erwin's beautiful and spacious house. The house was comfortable and equipped with every comfort for us, during the winter period. Erwin is extensive information about the region and his very welcoming reception were great. We have not received such extensive information about the region before. The view from the house is magnificent. You will see snowy mountain peaks and the sea on the other side. The house is easy to heat with central heating and pellet stove. The kitchen is big and equipped with everything. Two bathrooms and bedrooms. From the house, the beautiful region of Abruzzo is easy to get around by car. We would love to come back during warmer days to use the lovely outdoor space as well.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!
