Great location and furnishings very much above expectations. Note the very very small bathroom and the windows small enough for the size of the space. Quality amenities for the kitchen, coffee , bialetti capsule machine... so much quality and attention to detail for a fairly high price. Great experience

We loved this place. Really comfortable, well kitted out, and a fabulous location just off the piazza. 10-15m drive to the beach and the trabbocchi coast. . The town is beautiful, particularly at night, and the piazza has a great buzz, particularly on a Friday evening when it seems the whole town comes out to have pizza, wine and a chat. Abruzzo is a hidden gem from most non Italian tourists and this spot and the apartment is one of them. Although a small place, the bar next to the town hall and the pizza restaurant are great. People in the town were very friendly and welcoming. Having dinner or lunch on a trabbocco (one of the old fishing platforms that are now restaurants over the sea) is a must. Overall we loved this place and highly recommend .

Our stay at Paolos house was great! It is a wonderful house and surrounding. We found everything what we needed and everything was clean and cosy! A perfect place to calm down. Paolo picked us up and led us directly to the accommodation, gave good advices and the communication was flawless. In addition Anna and Sophia (the dog) were a special add on ;) We definitely recommend this place!

Modern structure, 5 minutes by car from Pescara. Perfect for relaxing and escaping the daily hustle and bustle. Cristian was super kind, he welcomed us with a fridge full of drinks and breakfast supplies. Highly recommended!!!

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.

Excellent stay, we only stayed one night but we were able to enjoy all the services offered, the place is exactly as described and the host was helpful and courteous. A brand new environment equipped with all comforts, the structure is made with attention to detail and functional. Everything is perfect, highly recommended, even the quality/price ratio is high in my opinion.

the apartment is impeccably organized, we slept in two couples (very comfortable sofa bed with a mattress of at least 15 centimeters) and we had a great time. Surely the availability and kindness of the owner are the highlight. 50 meters from the plants

Lorenzo's house is a magical place. From the very beginning, we were captivated by the peace that reigns, the scents of the garden and the birdsong. Lorenzo made us feel like part of his family and made himself available to give us advice and suggestions. He was very committed to preparing everything and our stay was perfect. The house is well cared for in every detail: close to the city, but outside the chaos. In a few minutes you can reach all the largest supermarkets and the center of L'Aquila is 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed the sauna and the garden with the pool: they are an added value. I think Lorenzo did a great job of making his guests have a wonderful stay and we recommend it to everyone.
