Access on your own, under the owner's very precise and simple directions. When we arrived early, we were able to check in before the scheduled time, without any problems. Even on the last day we were able to leave calmly, at your request... In short, very kind! The apartment is comfortable, with a nice garden overlooking the Maremma. The bathroom was clean and practical, with a nice shower. The house has everything you need, we didn't experience any problems. The area is very quiet, parking right in front of the house. The village is beautiful, very characteristic with breathtaking views. The house is just a few minutes walk to downtown. We were really satisfied with both the location and the studio! Would love to go back! Thanks to Gabriella for the availability in everything!

Agostina was right away, and I mean January when we booked, available and kind to any of our questions and requests. the farmhouse was super clean, bathrooms, kitchens, rooms, sheets, towels and dishes. Everything was in great condition. Agostina responded and welcomed us on the phone and her door even late in the evening. Check-in and check-out instructions are always very clear from the beginning. The house is complete with everything, for example, there was salt, sugar, oil, vinegar to buffer the arrival, in the pantry there was even a mini primer, a blender, a spinner and plates, glasses, pots and saladers at will. Until now I never saw such a thing. 100% recommended. There were 11 of us and we occupied the entire farmhouse with the possibility of another 3 places. Truly satisfied. We had a great time in Tuscany. The house is in the countryside, quiet and peaceful. We just regretted that there is not a basic kit (salt, pepper, oil, sugar and laundry detergent ) for the first day because we hadn't thought of everything and the shops are not all ready. Other than that, everything was good.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

The photos don't do justice to the beauty of this place! The location is perfect, a few minutes from Montepulciano, surrounded by greenery and in absolute peace. If you're looking for a place to escape the stress of the city, this is the place for you. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, clean, tastefully furnished in Tuscan style, the bed and pillows are really comfortable, the view from the patio is priceless and there are deckchairs and a table to enjoy aperitifs and dinners outdoors. There is a barbecue a stone's throw from the apartment for exclusive use. There is a swimming pool, unfortunately we could not try it because the temperatures do not allow it. Nico and Elena are two delightful and passionate people, you can see their care towards guests and their readiness to resolve any doubts or provide advice and maps of the city. Ultimately, a very positive experience, I would definitely go back.

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

It is one of the most picturesque places we ever stayed. Absolutely stunning views and worth every penny. Place is huge and we where very comfortable there.

Charming studio apartment, equipped with the essentials, beautiful location by the sea, right at the entrance of the coastal path, which leads to the beach of the caldane. We always dined at home, under the private and pleasant porch in front of the entrance. We had a great time. Thank you for everything!

Valentina’s B&B in Borgo Carige was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location, 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Capalbio and 20 minutes to the resort towns on Monte Argentario. The home was just a 10 out of 10. We were 6 family members and it was big enough for private time. Thank You Again Valentina, we will definitely book again on our next trip to la maremma.

Great Appartment well located. Cala moresca offers fantastic views. Appartment has good space. This is a very preserved environment. Pool is small but bar is cool and places near the sea are ok. Very crowded still.

Very good stay at Pierpaolo's a few kilometers from Grosseto. The accommodation and pool are impeccable. Pierpaolo is very kind and tries to answer any requests you have. For example, we asked him to provide us with wine glasses. Which he did almost immediately! It was perfect. Thanks again.

You could honestly not ask for a better place to stay in Tuscany! The photos just didn't do this beautiful cottage justice and I don't think any could. Everything was perfect; from the location at the top of a mountain with views over the Tuscan hills, to the authentic style of the villa, the pool and the incredible hosts which absolutely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The cottage had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, clean bathroom with the best shower head, a lovely kitchen and beautiful views from the living room, bedroom and kitchen. It also had our own little private terrace to have breakfast on and had sun chairs and a swinging lounge for reading. The villa was a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to Radicofani, a gorgeous little village with one of the most spectacular Fortresses in Tuscany. The views from the top were amazing! And everyone we met in the little village were so incredibly hospitable and sweet. We're definitely coming back and recommending all our friends to stay here!

Marco and Idoia’s place was fabulous. As soon as we stepped into the home we were in awe. The architecture and furnishings were beautiful. There was a view of the iconic Tuscan countryside from almost every window. The kitchen was well equipped. We were able to make many delicious meals with ingredients from local stores. The espresso machine was easy to use with the provided coffee and made delicious strong espresso. Great communication from the hosts, they promptly answered all of our questions and helped us book a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. We enjoyed our stay immensely and wished we could stay forever!

We are in Italy for a total of 9 weeks. And those two weeks were so wonderful and relaxing. The house as well as the whole property is just amazing. It is quiet, private and you can just have a nice time. The beds are an absolute dream. We slept so well there. Caspar is a super good host and is always immediately available. We've got the offer from a Private chef, masseuse, and a yoga teacher. Everyone came to us "home". ABSOLUTELY recommended. We ate so well at sunset and drank the in-house wine by the way. The house has everything you need and you can feel the effort and passion that Caspar invests everywhere. I highly recommend anyone to go there. The view alone is almost impossible to describe. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything, dear Caspar!

Cleanliness,availability, hospitality and cordiality are the values that distinguish Simona and her apartment; in fact she has made herself readily available to support us, both by phone and personally, to our requests. Apartment strategically located near the beautiful "Città del Tufo": Sorano, Sovano and Pitigliano (about 10/15 minutes) and the Mulino Falls. I recommend it! Also great are the typical products sold at your nearby grocery store.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maurizio’s and Teresa’s villa. Being welcomed by home baked treat, we felt right at home. Villa is full of charm, incredibly well looked after, you can feel all the love put by owners in making it a special place. Views are breathtaking, you can fully emerge into tranquility and beauty of surroundings. Our kids had great fun daily swimming in the pool and playing football. There are many amazing places a short ride away, we especially recommend Bagni San Fillipo, natural hot spring nearby, towns of Pieza and Montepulciano. Teresa and Maurizio were always helpful and nearby when needed. We would recommend this place to all our friends and would gladly come back again

New apartment just renovated, spaces perfect for 2 or 4 people. Equipped with every comfort and more for stay and preparation of dishes. There are various dishes, iron, top coffee maker, cutlery, etc. There are also two TVs with Netflix subscription included. We had a really great time, even with the host available by message, even late in the evening. We didn't miss anything in the preparation of our dishes. Clean and complete bathroom with everything, cottonfiock, diskettes, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, washing machine, phone, etc. If we're in the area, we'll definitely book again. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hosts were very helpful whilst finding the location and check in. The property was spotlessly clean and within a short walk of the town centre. Really nice apartment with attention to detail. Great location for hiking on the Via Cave, Vitozzi and Pitigliano.

Located in the historic center near the Etruscan museum, parking, various shops and the sea. Very clean room, well maintained, very well-equipped kitchen. Max is a kind host and very helpful for anything you might need. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this place.
