The Loft

Last floor newly renovated loft very close to the train station and city center. The 65sqm flat has one queen size bedroom, one bathroom and a very spacious open space with a fully furnished modern kitchen. It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. A private and comfortable space 50 meters from Porta di Bacco, one of the main entrances to Montepulciano. Access to the historic center is closed to normal traffic but there is a paid parking lot 200 meters away and two free parking lots about 400 meters away.
