Holiday rentals with a kayak in Province of Grosseto

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

The house looks better than on the pictures. The area is very peaceful :) we stay there for 9 days with 3 families and we fell like at home. We have privacy, because the neighbors aren’t close. Perfect place to spend time together at the evening dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are specious and have air conditioning. The area is more green than on the pictures :)

Marti welcomed us very warmly in person at the house and immediately gave us a tour of the house and tips for restaurants. The very spacious house is located in a great shady pine forest, very quiet and only 1 minute walk from the beach. Simply fantastic! The garden is very well maintained and shady with many hammocks for siesta. The 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are almost all equipped with air conditioning and beautifully furnished. We were 13 people in Marti's house and immediately felt very comfortable. We especially liked the outdoor grill, on which we often grilled fresh fish. A shady wooden shelter on the beach is part of the house, ideal for a longer stay on the beach to enjoy the view of the sea in the shade. After the beach, you can rinse off the sand in an outdoor shower. Thought of everything! We didn't miss anything and can highly recommend Martis and Fifi's house.

The property is located directly on the easily accessible beach, is fully fenced and offers a parking space for the car. The cottage is fully furnished, the outdoor area/garden is nicely designed and offers plenty of shaded places. The reception by Francesco and Alessandra was warm, the further communication was via mobile phone or mobile messenger. We can recommend the house in good conscience!

Giannutri is a very special experience, and Virginia's house offers the best possible accommodation: it respects the unique size of the island, but it is at the same time very pleasant and comfortable. A perfect and convenient location. Virginia is a very accurate and very attentive host.

Virginia's home is really very welcoming both the interiors with warm and refined details and in the garden with a romantic taste. We immediately felt comfortable and had everything we needed to cook and spend time in super relaxation. We did not meet Virginia in person but she was very clear in providing us with all the necessary directions, also leaving us extreme flexibility for checkout. Really very kind and helpful.
