We loved this apartment and the location was perfect. Enrico was a pleasure and was available whenever we needed. Ask about Molly, his beagle, maybe you’ll get a chance to meet her, such a sweet girl. Massa Marittima is a charming place, wish we had spent more time there!

Good value! Nice place, good pools, great countryside and fantastic neighbouring villages of Sorano and Pitigliano. And the unforgettable Cascate del Mulino, the sulphuric natural Cascade in Saturnia. We will be back

Lucas and his mom Chiara are impeccable guests! The apartments are even more beautiful than in the photos, any minor request we made was always satisfied and resolved immediately, the area is extraordinarily beautiful. Absolutely recommended!

We came on really short notice on the same day, even though everthing was organised perfectly - we even got a baby bed and child chair without request and we could even check in early, at 12:30pm. We really loved the natural surrounding in the middle of Tuscan countryside, but still close to Castiglione as well as lots of amazing beaches. The whole property is naturally arranged, one of the highlights is the organic veggie garden where we could pick up as many tomatoes, eggplants, etc. as we liked. The rooms were really nice, Tuscan country house style, and very clean. Highlight: we received a lot of gifts like Tuscan Spaghetti and white wine. The only thing that's not 100% perfect, rooms were slightly poorly soundproofed, but still ok. We also had no dishwasher or TV, but that's also ok when you live countryside. In addition, we had a nice terrace with own BBQ grill, fire place and really huge garden for our dog, just fantastic. We really like this place!

We had a great time, the residence is located in a very nice and well-kept complex, with access to the spa, also open to children. The accommodation is spacious, clean, close to beautiful villages of the Maremma

We were able to spend a wonderful week in the refuge. The complex is small but nice - unique. The apartment is modern and comfortable with perfect wifi. In the comfortable beds we were able to sleep very well, the tranquility was extremely relaxing and relaxing. We also appreciated the additional guest toilet in the apartment. From the seat we had a view into the distance. The pool area was very clean and well maintained and equipped with bubble jets. Michael welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us tips for the surroundings, restaurants, etc. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach. We will be happy to come back!

House and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Accommodation is clean and has everything you need. Hosts were communicative and really helpful suggesting lots todo. Ideally located a short walk into town with lots of nice bars and restaurants and plenty todo in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend, wish we could have stayed for longer.

The place was spotlessly clean! Surrounded by pine trees in a very quiet place. The property offers parking, however, all were occupied. You can still park directly at the property on the side of the road (for free). The owner speaks very good English!

The structure is brand new and equipped for every need, very comfortable. The welcome was really pleasant and nearby you have the mining museum which is really special!

The location is great, the staff totally nice and accommodating - and they like dogs. Top!

We asked if we could check in early and the answer was yes, the room was already ready. We were greeted by Claudio, who immediately gave us valuable advice on places to visit and places to eat. The accommodation is as in the photo, it should be taken into account that being a dated structure there is a bit of dampness and some cobwebs, as it is also immersed in nature. The property is equipped with everything you need: linen, sink, induction hob, small refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is new and well-functioning. The outdoor spaces are very spacious and comfortable! The property is located in a truly strategic point to visit all the wonders of the Val d'Orcia by car. Claudio was always present and smiling, also available for a chat to get us started the day with a smile! Recommended!
