Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Arezzo

We had an amazing time! The place is beautiful. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit and the outdoor spaces are perfect!

The apartment and the surrounding area was simply mind blowing and beautiful, a real tuscan experience. I definitely recommend the place, we had an amazing time, it was everything we wanted. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We surely won’t forget all the beautiful things, the time we spent there and the memories we made. Grazie!

Small treasure in the alleys of the historic center of Cortona. Well-kept and clean environment, true to description! A note of merit to the host who provided specific directions to get to free parking near the property, avoiding the historic center with paid areas and above all for the availability to accommodate some small requests from us guests! Recommended!

We stayed in Arbia, Siena, and the experience was excellent. Our host, Leo, was extremely kind and communicative from the beginning. He gave us clear directions to get to the house and to use public transportation, which made our stay much easier. The next day, he made a very thoughtful gesture by offering us a breakfast that included coffee prepared in an Italian mocha and a small sweet, similar to a cake, which we greatly appreciated. The house is very nice, well organized and very clean. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, and the room is cozy and perfect for resting. In short, a very pleasant stay. Leo's warmth and attention made everything even better. We would definitely recommend this place. P.S. Always keep in mind the schedules of buses and trains.

We were on a family vacation. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The area has two apartments and a warehouse or plant where they process their own olive production. Their olive oil is very delicious, we bought them. David welcomed us, he was very nice friendly, showed us everything and we could have called if there was anything wrong but we didn't. We felt great.

Loved the location of the property, was very peaceful and beautiful around the area. Everything is closeby to drive to in Tuscany. The pool table mentioned was unfortunately not cleaned when we visited. The rooms and property are clean and tastefully done with a well equipped kitchen to cook.

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! Beautiful apartment in a stunning former monastery. The pool is surrounded by olive trees and the view of the hills. Is a very peaceful place with lots to do and see in a very short distance. We went for bike rides and visited beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria. Samira helped us a lot with directions and tips where to go and what to do. Lovely lady! We had an amazing time. We would definitely go back another time. 🤩

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not an inconvenience. Not much time at night.

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

my partner and I decided to stay in this fairytale structure for May 1st. Located in a historic building in Castiglion Florentino (a much nicer village than we expected, since the our goal was in 20-30 minutes) the room was really enchanting, large and furnished with care... huge hot tub... and then the sauna in the room was truly a plus... available mini fridge with brioche muffin jams and other sweets...finally I vote 10 for the kindness and care of Fabiana who together with her husband accompanied us from the parking lot to the structure describing everything with passion and accuracy...bottle of welcome prosecco offered on arrival... what to say...thank you 🙂👋

This apartment was everything we needed to start our trip through Italy. We relaxed by the pool, had an amazing Olive Oil tasting experience and enjoyed the quiet, slower pace of the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing destination interested in a place slightly less traveled and a great home base to explore from.

Wow — I couldn’t recommend this villa more! My friends and I stayed at Rosella’s villa for 5 nights and had the best time. The villa was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Rosella was the most amazing host — she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. She and her team were always happy to help with any questions, and even gave us lifts to the station multiple times. I’d definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was amazing, the Host Luciano was very nice and forthcoming about any inquiry we had. I can recommend the place to anybody who wants to have a nice, chill time in the hills of central Tuscany.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was huge, and the villa itself exceeded expectations as the photos did not do it justice. We loved walking to the local bar in the morning to get coffee and pastries. And Fransisco had great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

Very unique location, Francesco was very accommodating, very unique farmhouse, nice restaurants in the town and also up on the mountains

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.

We stayed in the house for a week with 7 people and had a great time. It was all there what you need. The kitchen was well equipped and you had many different opportunities to sit on the large grounds and enjoy the view. The pool was sparkling clean. Everything was fine.
