Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of Arezzo

We only stayed for one night but it was a beautiful and modern apartment. Our dogs loved the little garden. Would recommend!

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

If you need to relax and rest and unplug, it's the place. Superior sleep quality and nature the perfect combination. There was a problem with the municipality's water network but the staff was always available and attentive to help us, however the problem was resolved in a day. The only "flaw" that, however, does not impede the environment in which you are, is that the wifi, but in general the reception of all the appliances is very low, but I am of the idea that in such a place without internet it is even better. New and well cared for house, perhaps the only advice is that I would include in the kitchen and living room area a comfortable sofa instead of those present that seem more chairs and garden furniture, but otherwise everything is perfect.

Almost at home. Beautifully furnished and renovated apartment. Care for details and use of plasticfree products. A property that accepts pets without distinction of sizes or breeds. We had dinner at their restaurant where we were offered simple but tasty and homemade dishes. Super breakfast. Super satisfied.

We had a lovely stay with the family and the area is beautiful. Podere Cisternella was very welcoming and warm. We really recommend this place.

We had a great time, the host was very kind and clear in the instructions. The apartment is very nice and well equipped, it is on the ground floor with a comfortable fenced outdoor area, great for those traveling with a dog. Highly recommended.

Our family chose this home to be based for our visit to the region and to Florence. At the reception at our check-in we were very, very welcome, we asked questions about how to go to Florence by train, and supermarket in the area, the explanations were very good. The house has everything to make us feel at home and smells great. I recommended 🥰

Antonella was a great host, very quick response to our questions, always had positive communication with us. Her house was an extraordinary house, this stone house and antique items from the 1800s were a very nice experience for us. The house was very nice and in a quiet location. Antonella had provided us with everything we needed, gave us a lot of activities and local advice, what we were able to do from what she recommended really pleased us very much, it was nice advice. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend a quiet Tuscan holiday. If we go back here, Antonella's house will be our choice again.

Rosella and her partner Marino very responsive and attentive. They put together a beautiful wine tour and drove us around the countryside. They also assisted in dropping us off and picking us up at the train station. However, YOU DO. need a car here. There is NO taxi service there and I felt awful and constricted relying on them on having them to take us places. It would’ve made the process easier in Tuscany if we had a car. Anywhere in any countryside place in Italy you do need a car do not rely on the train. However, if you could get out to Tuscany, please do it is incredibly beautiful and I would go back again. I would also definitely go back to Rosella‘s place it was beautiful, and they were very gracious.

In May 2025, we spent a week with Federica - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can look directly at the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi- simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and many more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - you feel right at home- We would be happy to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Greetings from Joanna and Bogdan.

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at Luca’s apartment! It was spotlessly clean, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking super easy — everything we needed was right there. Luca was an exceptional host: always available, kind, and quick to help with anything we needed. The apartment was perfect for me, my girlfriend, and our dog, and having an electric car charger right at the house was a big plus. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it!

Carlo was very kind despite the very late arrival. The accommodation is very close to the conference center and therefore very convenient for those who have to go there.

Fantastic structure, cared for in every detail. The apartment is perfect, with spectacular views of the surrounding landscapes, very spacious and with all the necessary comfort. The garden is very nice and clean. The pool area is a real plus. Beautiful experience that I hope to be able to do again as soon as possible.

Melissa was very sweet and very responsive! She met us at check in to give us a tour of her home and gave us some local recommendations. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. And the view of the river is amazing! Could not recommend Melissa’s place enough!

We had a pleasant stay at Violeta's house! The property offers wonderful spaces, is well equipped and immersed in tranquility. The play area and the private pool were an added bonus, especially for groups of friends. A practical tip for those who decide to stay here: it is better to have a car with a good ground clearance for the dirt road, the only access route. The owner Violeta was kind and helpful for any need. We recommend this house to those looking for relaxation and nature!

The property is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and with a pool with an incredible view. The room was super clean and with all possible comforts. We interacted a lot with a very kind lady at the reception, very friendly and helpful. The wine we tasted was also exceptional , it's worth staying there for just one night! Extremely recommended
