Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Arezzo

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour ! L’endroit est magnifique. Le restaurant vaut vraiment le détour et les espaces extérieurs sont parfait !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour loin du bruit, en pleine campagne Toscane, à profiter de la piscine, du repos sur les transats, des appareils de sport , du calme, du bruit des oiseaux.... Situation idéale en Toscane pour la visite des lieux souhaités( Florence, Pise, Sienne, San giomagni, arezzo) avec une voiture , indispensable. Des supermarchés à proximité ( regello, figlini) et les Outleet , évidemment ! Vera et son mari étaient toujours disponibles dès que nécessaire et à répondre à nos demandes et questions. Séjour culturel et reposant au maximum.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft abseits von dem klassischen Tourismus. Wer seine Ruhe und absolute Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Anwesen ist einfach ein Traum. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und kommen jedem Wunsch nach. Kleiner Tipp: Die angebotenen Abendessen sollte man nicht verpassen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Piccolo tesoro tra le viuzze del centro storico di Cortona. Ambiente curato e pulito, fedele alla descrizione! Nota di merito all’host che ha fornito indicazioni precise per arrivare ad un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze dell’alloggio evitando il centro storico con le zone a pagamento e sopratutto per la disponibilità ad accogliere qualche piccola richiesta da parte di noi ospiti! Consigliato!

Nos hospedamos en Arbia, Siena, y la experiencia fue excelente. Nuestro anfitrión, Leo, fue sumamente amable y comunicativo desde el inicio. Nos dio indicaciones claras para llegar a la casa y para usar el transporte público, lo cual facilitó mucho nuestra estadía. Al día siguiente, tuvo un gesto muy considerado al ofrecernos un desayuno que incluía café preparado en una moka italiana y un pequeño dulce, similar a un pastel, que apreciamos mucho. La casa es muy bonita, bien ordenada y muy limpia. El baño es amplio y cómodo, y la habitación es acogedora y perfecta para descansar. En resumen, una estadía muy grata. La calidez y atención de Leo hicieron que todo fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar. PD. Siempre tener en cuenta los horarios de los buses y los trenes.

Családi nyaraláson voltunk. A lakás elhelyezkedése ideális Toszkána felfedezéséhez. A területen két lakás és egy raktár vagy üzem található ahol a saját oliva termelésüket dolgozzák fel. Nagyon finom az oliva olajuk, vettünk is belőle. David fogadott minket, nagyon kedves barátságos volt, mindent megmutatott, és nyugodtan hívhattuk volna, ha bármi bajunk lett volna, de nem volt. Szuperül érzetük magunkat.

Loved the location of the property, was very peaceful and beautiful around the area. Everything is closeby to drive to in Tuscany. The pool table mentioned was unfortunately not cleaned when we visited. The rooms and property are clean and tastefully done with a well equipped kitchen to cook.

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! We'll be back for sure, Andrea.

Wir haben ingesamt 8 Tage auf dem Anwesen von Mateo verbracht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich idyllisch - ein toller, ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar gereinigt. Auch die Pool-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und Supermärkte können innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto/Fahrrad erreicht werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Très bon séjour. Nous avons pu profiter. C'est spacieux. Très agréable. Neuf et propre et les lits sont confortables. La proximité avec la route n'est pas gênante. Peu de passage la nuit.

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

io e la mia compagna per il primo maggio abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura da favola. Situata in un palazzo storico a castiglion fiorentino (paesino molto più carino di quello ci aspettassimo, visto che il nostro obiettivo era arezzo raggiungibile in 20-30 min) la stanza era veramente incantevole, grande ed arredata con cura.. vasca idromassaggio enorme.. e poi la sauna in camera è stato veramente un plus in più... a disposizione minifrigo con acqua brioche muffin marmellate e altri dolcetti..infine voto 10 alla gentilezza e la premura di fabiana che insieme a suo marito ci hanno accompagnato dal parcheggio alla struttura descrivendo tutto con passione e precisione.....bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto offerta all'arrivo... che dire..grazie 🙂👋

This apartment was everything we needed to start our trip through Italy. We relaxed by the pool, had an amazing Olive Oil tasting experience and enjoyed the quiet, slower pace of the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing destination interested in a place slightly less traveled and a great home base to explore from.

Wow — I couldn’t recommend this villa more! My friends and I stayed at Rosella’s villa for 5 nights and had the best time. The villa was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Rosella was the most amazing host — she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. She and her team were always happy to help with any questions, and even gave us lifts to the station multiple times. I’d definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was huge, and the villa itself exceeded expectations as the photos did not do it justice. We loved walking to the local bar in the morning to get coffee and pastries. And Fransisco had great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

Very unique location, Francesco was very accommodating, very unique farmhouse, nice restaurants in the town and also up on the mountains

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 7 Personen in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es war alles da was man braucht. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und man hatte viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten auf dem großen Gelände zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Der Pool war blitzsauber. Alles war prima.
