What can I say! A wonderful place and Gavina's hospitality is extraordinary and precious. A beautiful cozy barn, in a large garden where sun and shade alternate thanks to very wide pergolas, which allow you to work and eat away from the sun. Gavina, in addition to making us find many small attentions at home, when we had a problem with our car, she helped us with a really extraordinary availability. I could continue for a long time describing the beauty of the place and the kindness of Gavina, but I just add that the surroundings are beautiful, and if you don't just want to enjoy the pleasantness of the house and its wonderful garden, just take a few kilometers to visit Tuscany most beautiful and rich in nature and culture. We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. Great location—close to everything we needed, but still quiet at night. No air conditioning but the ceiling fan and windows open did the trick. Very safe and family feel. They do not speak English but it didn't cause any problems.

The place is really nice and looks like at the pictures. All was there as described. Daniel was super helpful - thank you for all. ... and of course the pool is wonderful, even if we had at some days quite some mosquitos. Monte San Salvino is a great base for trips to Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Montepulciano ... we really loved it. P.S. The property is shared with two other flats.

Beautiful experience! Simona and her family were wonderful, welcoming and very helpful guests. The house is immersed in the tranquility of nature, well cared for and perfect for relaxing. We felt really welcome, especially thanks to the sweet energy of little Edoardo! We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much for everything!

Peaceful and serene place. Very high quality apartments and swimming pool area. The pool was very clean - taken care of every morning. The hosts are very warm and polite.

The house we rented was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, good WiFi, nice private terrace with lounges, outdoor table and barbecue. The pool was big, clean and with a breathtaking view of the lake Trasimeno. Michele the host was really nice, responsive and helpful. We were so happy with our accommodation that we extended it for a few more days! We will definitely recommend it to all our friends. Thank you Michele for making our stay so great!

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

Totally beautiful place, overlooking an olive grove. A kitchen stocked better than my own at home. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The hosts were warm and friendly and ensured we had anything and everything we needed and made every effort to share local recommendations. We had a wonderful time during our stay, we loved every minute of our experience where we felt comfortable and welcomed. We hope to return soon!

Lucia and her husband are such a friendly couple, we got so many amazing recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area, they really put a lot of effort into the list. We had a problem with the water and they fixed it within the first day, had an alternative solution right away. Their English is great, we had a few good conversations. The house is surrounded by nature, there is an olive tree farm close by, we could see beautiful sunsets every night from the garden and so many stars because of the low light area. The pool is bigger than expected and very clean. All in all, the perfect location for a stay in peace and time out from the rest of the world, we loved it!! A car is recommended for the area, it was necessary for us in order to grocery shop and get around in general.

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

We stayed at the house for four days, and the location was amazing. It was a peaceful and relaxing place. Gabriel was very communicative and responded to all our questions quickly. Highly recommended!

Grazia was delightful . She provided us with a home cooked lasagna for when we arrived which was delicious . She was very helpful and accommodating and was very responsive when communicating with her ! Ideal spot for families to come away together . The pool was wonderful and so was the amazing sauna. Central for visiting places . Assisi is a must to visit ! The house and grounds were very quiet and peaceful . We loved listening to the birds and watching the Swifts ! Wonderful celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary . Grazia organised a Chef Remos and his wife Marisa to cook a beautiful meal on our last night . It was very good value ! Make sure you shop prior to arriving as it’s a 25 min drive to the supermarket . We would definitely come again . A great holiday venue and very well equipped . Home from home !!

A great oasis in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed the tranquility here for 11 days and if it was too quiet day trips to Assisi or Cortona. But it has everything you need without excursions...
