We had a beautiful time! Fresh and clean home with all the amenities, even stuff you wouldn't think of. It was like our home away from home. Attentive host, easy to get to. Even had an earlier check in which made our trip even more enjoyable! Definitely would stay with Richard again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to come back to a quiet and clean space each day. Everything you need to cook meals, sleep comfy, Wash and dry clothes, parking for 2 vehicles. Great access to Providence, Newport, beaches, etc.

We really enjoyed staying at Patricia's place. She is an incredible host; so friendly and helpful. Her place was very clean and especially well equipped. She even had food items available for us. One day she even made a batch of brownies for us! The neighborhood is nice and I loved going for a walk in the morning. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone staying in Providence. You will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. The neighborhood was very lovely and close to everything.

Nellie’s place was amazing! Full of charm, but every modern amenity. The beds were VERY comfortable. Lots of really nice and thoughtful touches- like sleeping masks for the room with 2 sky lights, a welcome gift of wine and oat milk and butter in the fridge. She even left toys out for the 9 month old in our party— a lifesaver!!! R Nellie was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Jean’s house was perfect for our stay in Providence. The home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and is a convenient walk to restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The interior is cozy, and all three bedrooms are located on separate floors allowing for privacy for the occupants. Check in and checkout were extremely convenient, and Jean’s responses were always friendly and speedy. I highly recommend the Carriage House for a comfortable and convenient stay in Providence.

Our group of seven had a great stay at Courtenay's Airbnb. Ideal location, very walkable, plenty of room for us to spread out (one of our party slept on the couch in the TV room). Courtenay was super responsive and very accommodating to our group. Terrific stay.

Repeat stay at Maria’s and again everything was as expected and more. House was clean, bed very comfortable, linens and towels clean and good quality. Maria’s house provides a home away from home. I definitely recommend her house when visiting the Providence area

This place is super nice and cozy. It is spacious and maintained really well. Definitely will repeat if I ever come to Providence again

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. Great location with lots of tasty restaurants close by. The apartment was wonderful, especially the little reading nook.

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

The apartment is really great, very spacious, conformable beds, very well equipped and wonderful bathroom. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and CVS. Quiet neighborhood and Farmers market close by during summer. Hosts are extremely nice and respond to any questions in a matter of minutes. This is the second time me or my family stayed in the apartment and have always had a great time. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at Allena’s place while attending our daughter’s commencement at RISD. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and just a short drive to campus. Allena was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. We truly appreciated her hospitality during such a special week for our family. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at the Writers Retreat for my 30th RISD reunion! This gem of an apartment is even roomier than we expected and includes a parking spot right out front. There’s an awesome coffee shop and small restaurant in walking distance and it’s a quick trip to Whole Foods, Petsmart, a liquor store, the RISD Brown campus or even downtown. Irene’s little touches were really what made this place so extra special: breakfast supplies, purified water chilled and ready, a kitchen stocked with spices and cereals… a bathroom with good for you shampoos and washes, treats for our pup. Of all the airbnbs we've stayed at this one was the best well stocked which was wonderful. Made it easy to cook some meals at home- which is why we do airbnbs in the first place! We absolutely love traveling to Newport — it’s our favorite destination for a quick, last-minute getaway, and every time we visit, it feels like a breath of fresh air. This charming coastal town never disappoints, and staying at Pelham Court made our recent trip even more unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Pelham Court felt like a dream. The location is unbeatable — nestled in the heart of downtown Newport, we were steps away from the waterfront, great restaurants, and boutique shops, yet it still felt like a quiet retreat. The building itself is picture perfect, with a timeless New England charm that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The accommodations were spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. It’s such a peaceful nestled off the main strip and perfect for my morning runs!

Great location for local coffee shops and restaurants and very walkable! Only about 15 min walk to Thames/Bowman’s Wharf. We really enjoyed the deck on a sunny morning before going out for the day. Would stay again!

This was the perfect spot for our stay in Newport. We were able to secure a free parking spot right in front, and since everything is walkable we never had to move the car. Great space and in a prime location (Bowens Warf 20-25min walk, shops on Thames 5-10min walk) Very clean and spacious. perfect spot. Would stay again.

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

We stayed at Liliane’s townhouse/apartment for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it was truly just wonderful. It is in the absolute most perfect location close to shopping, great restaurants and fun places for night life! We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and beautiful. The rooftop terrace was my favorite part as well as the comfortable beds. Check in was super easy and I felt very safe. 10/10 recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Newport! I couldn’t have chosen a better place! The hosts are super friendly too.

Alex’s place was a great stay to recharge and relax after the long days we had last week. I would highly recommended this place for anyone popping through New Bedford, or staying for a few days! The airbnb was spotless and quiet and clean. I will be renting here again when I need somewhere to stay when I’m back in New Bedford! Also very close to downtown all the coffee shops, and restaurants! Quiet neighborhood.

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!
