Sunny, inviting, 3rd floor walkup on East side of Providence. One block from Oak Bake Shop, Providence Bagel, Whole Foods; much more within one mile. Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. 40lb, friendly, hypoallergenic poodle mix lives on the first floor. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.

A Cozy Loft In Downtown Providence

The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Parking not included, refer to my guidebook on the parking info. **** Attention ****, the pub directly under the unit plays very loud music til 1-2am on weekend nights, please read other guest reviews on it.

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Jennifer's loft is a stunning retreat. The large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor combines modern furnishings with cozy accents, making the loft both stylish and welcoming. It is impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained. The hot water shower was perfect, and the room temperature thermostat worked flawlessly. Communication with Jennifer and her team was outstanding. They were responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything, demonstrating their genuine care for their guests. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Providence. The area is beautiful and centrally located near many attractions. I can't wait to return and stay in this loft or any of Jennifer's other properties.

Tammy's apt. is modern, clean and comfortable. Tammy lives next door in the same house and was very accommodating. The shower is great. I only stayed one night but would stay again. Near Bay beaches.

The place was in a great area with so much to do in walking distance. It was very clean and the pictures were exactly as they were posted on the listing. Hector responded very quickly and gave great recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal!
