Our stay at the property in Shimla was warm and peaceful, especially with my elderly parents. The property was clean, cozy, and nestled in a quiet, scenic spot, yet easily accessible by car. Ashish was incredibly helpful offering assistance with luggage, local cab assistance, and local guidance. It felt like a home away from home. He made sure my parents didn’t have any issues throughout our stay and fulfilled our tiniest requests.

Our stay at Merra’s Airbnb was truly special. From the start, she and her husband made us feel like family—warm, caring, and always ready to help. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fantastic—fully equipped and perfect for making meals or just chai on a quiet afternoon. The location was peaceful, with birdsong in the morning and stars at night. Evenings on the rooftop chatting with the hosts became a highlight—full of stories, laughter, and calm. They helped us book cabs at super cheap rates , find local guides, and even got medication when one of us felt sick. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience filled with care, connection, and comfort. The hosts felt like family from the get go. Helped us find the place by instructing the driver from the bus station, and receiving us at doorstep. A good distance from the city, very peaceful neighbourhood, giving us a slice of a small village life with super friendly and helpful people. Extremely affordable for the quality of stay; the hosts are just wonderful human beings trying to build genuine bonds and memories with people all around the world. Their hospitality was second to none. We had very tasty traditional home cooked food on all our days courtesy of Mrs Reena who treated us like real family. Had wonderful interesting conversations with Mr Hem, access to their lovely terrace and lots of local suggestions and personal recommendations even with our further trip to Sangla. The host couple also personally accompanied us on a beautiful and peaceful walk through the Shimla Water Catchment Wildlife Sanctuary. We wish them all the best! And we're definitely visiting again.

The place was exactly as described, with a picturesque view of the mountains right from the apartment. It’s beautifully and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and aesthetically pleasing space.
