A comfortable cliff top hideaway surrounded by a little field, perfect for a family. Giovanni’s staff are there to help when you need. Can’t recommend this place more highly.

Absolutely beautiful home with an amazing view, great location, easy access to the beach and the main town. The host was wonderful and extremely responsive and helpful and gave lots of recommendations that exceeded expectation. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Antonietta's place! The house is beautiful, authentic and extremely well stocked for any living needs - there were beach umbrellas and beach towels, blankets and duvets (which came in handy on cold nights in April), lots of cooking utensils and kitchen basics etc. We also loved the outdoor spaces. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms and Antonietta was extremely responsive and courteous about resolving it. We would absolutely come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

In a very peaceful compound not far from the beach with a beautiful overlook to see the sunset. The beach is walkable from the house with various restaurants and a couple shops, but it is advisable to have a car alone for the shopping and to get to see other beaches. La Mortella gardens are walking distance from the house and well worth a visit. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful with any questions we had.

Giovan is the coolest. We had a perfect stay at his place with our exact idea of what rural island life would be (but with the joy of a hill climb between our temporary stay and Antonio’s Village Pub). We were grateful to Giovan’s express courier service on motorcycle and impressed with the delights of seeing the beautiful ocean from height and fields of wine and vegetables to make what felt like the most authentic stay of our trip. Grazi e tutti! Would come back in heart beat 🤞

This place is a gem that we could not even imagine! We felt like we were in a movie, sitting on this amazing patio in the garden overlooking the marina and the ocean. The communication with Daniela was great, she feels like family and made our visit to Capri extraordinary ! We will miss this apartment, the beautiful garden, the view and this island. If you want an out of this world travel experience you have to stay here at Villa Torricella :-))))

We had a great time at Christian's house - super quiet location in an idylic and non-touristical setting. Ischia Porto ist good to reach - even on foot, if you are used to walking a bit. The huse is beautifully designed & renovated. The host's outstanding taste is very visible. Special asset: the rooftop terrace.

Pamela and her husband, Simone were great and very welcoming and friendly. The property is quite old and quaint. However, it does need to be professionally & thoroughly cleaned and all the amenities have to be upgraded to contemporary modern standards. Also there are too many Knick knacks cluttering up the living room space - the charm of the lovely antique furniture is somewhat lost amongst all unnecessary ornaments in the rooms - a thoughtful makeover by a good interior designer would really enhance this lovely old villa. The kitchen requires a complete overhaul with modern kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. The very small bedroom on the top floor is really only suitable for a child and cannot by any means be considered a double bedroom. Overall a great location, very peaceful and relaxing ambiance, nice front entrance and garden (again the furniture needs cleaning). Close to small grocery store, bar and restaurant- Nice 15 minutes walk to the Piazzetta di Capri.

Our week at Ivan’s villa was absolutely amazing. Straight out of a movie with a beautiful view of sunset over the Mediterranean and so much green space. Our kids loved it and we are already planning our return trip. The walk from the villa to town is not bad but there are a lot of steps so if you have a lot of bags you can ask Ivan to help you. We will return again and again.

Absolute amazing location views were incredible. If you’re looking to just relax, it is the perfect location. Enzo was my driver. He was exceptionally wonderful courteous made me feel at home every moment. A huge asset to Mauritizio

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

The place was as described and Isabella was wonderful. She also made dinner for us one night and it was wonderful. She was very helpful.

Unbelievably beautiful villa. Off the beaten path but well worth it. Everything was amazing!! The view is beyond amazing 🤩 Carlo (who runs a cab) was awesome at getting us to and from the villa. I hope to come back soon. Love, love, love this place. We had a tough experience in Carpi at a different place and this made up for it and more. Highly recommend!!

The home was very nice. Easy to find since it is literally right off of the ferry dock. Beds were comfy and it was very clean. Great space both inside and outside.

This Villa was stunning. Ample room for everyone to have their own space, but also a huge dinning room table to come together with family or friends. I would highly recommend this Villa! The pool area was beautiful and you are treated to a sunset every night.

Staying in Jan’s place was really a treat especially with the pool, which was much larger than what I expected. It was so wonderful to walk to the restaurant with a divine view to bay. We are sure to return to Jan’s place with his hospitality and lovely home.

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

Great villa very quiet with great views exactly as described Maria our host was very efficient and attentive. It was very clean and felt like new when we arrived. You will need to be quite fit and free from mobility problems if you intend to walk into town which is only about 10 minutes but a very steep hill for the first 400m or so. There is a dedicated secure parking place if you have a car which is a bonus. There is good selection of restaurants and shops in the town and you can get a bus to anywhere on the island very easily We Can thoroughly recommend this property

Place was dope. The ladies who looked after us were so helpful. The location is mega prime close to piccola beach. We did a boat tour with their recommend supplier 10/10. The boat was top. The surprise Bluetooth to the outdoor yamaha speakers was excellent. I rigged it to my laptop Spotify and used that remotely via my iPhone LTE. Towels. Shower products. Laundry detergent was all provided for. Absolutely loved my stay. Thanks for everything.

This is a lovely Italian villa with amazing outdoor space, fantastic views and a very nice private pool. The location is great, but it is about a 10 minute walk, much of it uphill, to get to the center of Capri. It was fine for us, but could be a challenge for anybody with mobility issues. Marco, the local property manager, was great - easy to reach and very respsonsive - we had one minor issue with one of the bathrooms, which he addressed promptly, and he also helped us arrange luggage transport for our departure. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

A great stay in this welcoming and very well maintained villa. The setting is beautiful, with views of the Bay of Pouzzoles, mandarinniers and lemon trees. Quiet and far from the tumults of Naples. about twenty minutes walk from a train station that serves Naples quickly via very clean and inexpensive trains. Pouzzoles also has the advantage of having very good restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) and serving the islands of Ischia and Procida very easily via Ferry. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating on departure and arrival times. It makes you want to come back, thanks again!

We had a great visit to this private airbnb in Ischia. If you are taking a vehicle here, this is a great option for families. We enjoyed the courtyard with room for the kids to run around. It would be a struggle to maneuver more than one car in the driveway, but could be done with some creative parking.

The location of the Silent Villa is worth the five star. Anacapri is a quieter more relaxed spot to land and just a few winding steps behind the piazza is this villa. We enjoyed the garden space especially and is where we preferred to spend our time. While there is no instruction manual, host is very responsive for any questions, concerns you may have.
