Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Procida

I recommend this accommodation if you come to Naples for a few days. It is easily accessible on foot from the train station and we are not very far from the historic center on foot. The accommodation is very clean. Self check-in is very convenient :) I recommend it 100%

Great location with a huge terrace overlooking the dome of the Basilica San Francesco…it's breathtaking as a view! It's ideally located. Both bedrooms are very comfortable…like home. Two modern bathrooms. When we arrived, it was the soccer final so the taxi could not go to the street of the apartment... it was a little more difficult but Antonio who welcomed us was nice to take my suitcase... because the only point to consider are the stairs to climb which are quite steep and the apartment is on the top floor! We are in good shape, it was not a problem for us because we were happy to be back in our quiet apartment!

We immediately felt welcomed. Kikko is a sunny person, helpful and very fair. Your place is as pictured, also very clean and tidy. From Kikko's house you can reach in a few minutes the most beautiful beaches (Sorgeto, Baia della Pelara, Baia di Citara and Sant 'Angelo) but also places to visit such as the Giardini Ravino, Poseidon and the Gardens of Mortella. In short, a place I definitely recommend just to get to know Kikko: his tips for where to eat and where to go were excellent. I recommend renting a scooter and Kikko will give you the contacts.

Even though we had some delay because of some unforeseen issues with our travels Nico helped us right away and managed to make us feel welcome after arriving pretty exhausted. It has also been pretty easy with parking right next to the building! Would definitely recommend to stay here and make your Napoli-Trip even more beautiful!!!

From the very beginning the hosts were great communicators. They answered all our questions immediately and fully. Keep in mind, we rented the home for 4 weeks and we wanted to make sure it was perfect... and it was. They have everything you could want in a home to rent in Anacapri. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, walking to downtown Anacapri, walking to the Blue Grotto; basically exploring all places on the island. And after a long day of trekking, it was so nice to relax on the patio with a glass of wine. Here's some reference info for future guests: 20 min walk to Anacapri (which is so beautiful and full of beautiful kind people). 30 min walk to the incredible Blue Grotto. Bus service pick up and drop off within 20 meters of the home. Overall it felt like our own home. We WILL be back. Caio.

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

Beautiful view in quiet surroundings.

I stayed for three nights to explore Naples and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The apartment is in a perfect location—just a short walk from Piazza Amedeo, the sea, and the main shopping streets. It’s very clean, quiet, and I slept soundly every night. Ingrid was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and provided all the information I needed. I also really appreciated that check-in was possible from noon, which was a big help since my friend arrived before me and could already relax in the apartment. All in all, a great experience. I’d definitely come back!

The area is very convenient, both when arriving from the station by metro and for getting around on foot in the city, or even for taking the funicular to go up to San Martino. The building is a small condominium that feels like home in a part of Naples not yet dominated by shops and tourist spots. If you want, you can do your shopping in the nearby supermarket. - Check-in worked great. We felt very good!

We were completely satisfied and there was everything you needed. By bus you were in the city center in 35 minutes and within walking distance there was a great bakery with mega prices and delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And I would book the AirBnB again.

We loved our stay at Maria’s place. The view was incredible and the location was perfect. It’s got everything you need for a short stay. Maria was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

During my 2 week Italy trip I stayed in 5 air b and b and this place by far is my favorite!!! I wish I’d stayed longer! I will be coming back in October with my husband this time. Claudia was very pleasant and super helpful with checkin and checkout process. Most amenities provided from air dryer, shampoo to iron/steamer and of course the washing machine was our saving grace on this trip!

A most relaxing and peaceful stay at Marks in Capri! We were given really good restaurant recommendations which we were able to try 4, and loved them all. An easy location to walk to town and catch a taxi or a bus. Saw much more of Capri on this visit due to our convenient and quiet location with a stunning view of the ocean and the gulls. perfect place. perfect host. Francesco picked us up from the port with his car(also take us to the port at the end of the stay). he was very nice. he wrote each message in both english and italian. he showed us the best places to visit in the island. there is also a barbeque in the place, we asked him and he prepared everything like coal and fire for us to barbeque(i strongly suggest you try the barbeque, awesome view, awesome experience). we were very happy with the stay there. the only thing is that it wasn't the cleanest room i ever been to(it is not dirty, it is just not perfect, like 9 out of 10). generally i strongly recommend the place, i would go there again if i want to go to ischia.

We had a great time at Giusi's place! The views over Ischia from the terrasse and garden are truly astonishing and there is ample space to sit and relax, especially in the very large garden. The kitchen is also good for cooking for a group. We were doing a "workacation" there and the place was very suitable to this. You can also be quickly to Forio or Sant'Angelo with a car ; several hiking trails start from the village Serrara Fontana. Although we didn't use it, it seemed well linked to the bus system as well. Finally, Guisi was very nice, reactive and helpful when we had questions or issues, and gave us great advice. We would really recommend this place!

Very good location, very quiet and spacious for two! However it’s quite moist and lack of daylight (not an issue if you don’t stay in the apartment during all the day). The air conditioning helps a lot with the humidity. We had a very pleasant stay at Anna’s location.

We has a fantastic week at Marina's apartment. The apartment is in a very authentic location and there are many interesting things to do locally. The apartment is on the top floor and so has fantastic views across Naples. We sat for hours on the balcony watching the city. We walked up Mount Vesuvius, visited Pompeii and Herculaneum. Visited Capri on the Hydrofoil and climbed to Villa Floridiana. The apartment was homely and kitted out well. The bedrooms big and bathrooms good. The kitchen has everything for cooking a meal. Marina was extremely helpful and responsive. I broke a cup and offered to pay but she said to forget it. She recommended a great restaurant locally then checked later to see if we had enjoyed it. Naples is a very big and chaotic city but packed with history, culture and friendly people. We felt safe. You decide if you what a touristy island like Capri or a real experience in the City. We would recommend Marina's place.

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. The appartment is beautifully renovated, clean and well equipped. Balcony is large providing views of the mountain and the sea. The master bedroom is spacious. The second single bedroom is 'compact'. The location is ideal. On the edge of the tourist zone we only met locals. A good supermarket 2 Min walk away and the bus station only 5 mins away. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly. If I come back to Capri I will stay here again.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The children’s books and toys were a very nice touch too. Everything was perfectly clean, too.

Beautiful apartment in an inner courtyard of the historic district of Naples, with an incredible view of the hill… Everything was perfect: very comfortable bedding, impeccable bathroom and kitchen. Shops, restaurants and small market nearby. Possibility of walking around the city without taking the metro. We particularly appreciated the very warm welcome from our host, Qiong, and her husband. We dream of returning soon...

We had a great stay! The house was charming and full of character, with a fun and eclectic style. Everything was very clean. Location is convenient, about a 10-minute ride to the port or there is a mini bus. The host was responsive and helpful—would definitely recommend.
