Holiday rentals with a patio in Procida

We were in Riccardo's place for a workation; fast internet, great location with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, metro in 5 minutes walking and spacious spaces. Amenities of the kitchen are optimal. Riccardo always responded quickly and was a great host. Absolutely recommended!

Huge apartment, very well located to Centro Storico and easy to get around, lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping nearby. Comfortable beds, big bathrooms. It is on a noisy street which was not a problem for us because we expected that with the location, but good to be aware of and earplugs work great for sleeping.

This is the best accommodation I've ever found on the island of Ischia. I'll definitely come back!

Fantastic stay at Massimo’s place, like so many other reviews said the combination of location and the apartment itself is unbeatable. Massimo and his co-host were super flexible for the check-in, helped when we needed the cot for our daughter (and took some more toys out for my kids) and also came immediately when we had a power outage. Highly recommend staying here as it will provide you with a home whilst away

We had a fantastic stay. The location was beautiful, the BnB was clean and well stocked, and the host was responsive to all inquiry’s! Highly recommend the location and the host, a wonderful listing. We had trouble initially locating the BnB, only because there is another residence with the same address just down the street which was confusing Apple Maps. The BnB is also directly beside the main road, so it is fairly common to hear traffic through the day and at night.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at La Pausea Suite. The view on the Vesuvio and Capri from the suite is absolutely spectacular, and the flat has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was beautifully designed, making the stay truly memorable. The only thing to note is that the traffic noise can be a bit noticeable at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! This was the textbook good AirBnB experience, as AirBnB should be. Location: Easy walk from the port (though expect some uneven pavement). Very close to the beach. Full of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to a supermarket. Apartment: Bigger than I expected from the photos. The balcony is amazing. High ceilings. Fairly well equipped. And (which is not always my AirBnB experience) things worked! No broken stuff, no need to figure things out, plug things in, etc. Communication, check in, check out, etc.: couldn't have been better. By the way the island has a surprisingly good public transport system. Very frequent buses, for about €2. Bus station is not too far either. I recommend looking into it.

Viviana was a wonderful host! She met us in front of the apartment for check-in and showed us around. We loved waking up to the view from the balcony and it was wonderful to stay in the neighborhood. The bus stop was on the same block and very convenient for going around the island. The apartment has so much charm with its gorgeous tiles and decor. We got to cook and wash our clothes very easily. Would love to stay here again one day.

Ciro was a great host! He picked me up from the airport and I was able to check in early. Him and his wife were very friendly. The location was very convenient as a researcher visiting the university!

We absolutley loved our stay in Forio. Giuseppe was an amazing host and helped us throughout the check in process. He was always available for anything we needed and gave great local recommendations. He even helped us arrange a scooter rental and boat day. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. All of the ammenities were listed and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals at home. The location was walking distance to the town, there was also a bus stop a few steps away which allowed access to the entire island. We would highly recommend staying here while on Ischia, we will definitely be back!

Mrs. Rosanna was a great host, she gave us directions, welcomed us into the house upon arrival, she was friendly and always available in case of need. Appreciate the outdoor areas, especially the outdoor kitchen as well as the outdoor shower. We recommend Mrs. Rosanna as a host and above all stay at this place.

The accommodation is beautiful, in a quiet place. Guests have privacy and plenty of space inside and out. The amenities are above-standard-all available, including basic ingredients like salt, coffee oil, etc. The sea view is breathtaking. The island is small, you can walk everywhere. If necessary, the host will help and advise immediately. The beaches on the island are nice and suitable for children. Like everywhere in Italy, there's lively street bustle-many scooters and bikes, narrow alleyways. Nice people. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

There was confusion with check in, but i am sure it was just unlucky misscommunication.Other than that the terrace and the location are amazing

Antonio is very responsive, he met us at the Piazza next to the unit and helped with luggage and check in late at night. Made recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. At departure day, he even called a taxi beforehand with the best rate to the train station. The apartment is at center of Centro Storico, it was safe, convenient, and a great area to stay in Naples.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

Thank you for hosting us in your spacious brand new apartment with plenty of amenities. Can’t imagine we arrived on the same night where Naples had won the National league. It was crazy traffic coming in but you had nothing to do with it. Overall a great place and the patio was a bonus ☺️

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

The four of us had a great time in this apartment — very welcoming hosts and plenty of space. The terrace is as fantastic as it looks in the pictures!

I loved staying at Mario’s place. It was incredibly lovely, clean, and the room was very large. The unit had a large kitchen, laundry, and a very nice veranda which we really enjoyed. Good location as well!

Dario's place is an island of respite in the otherwise hustle and bustle but exciting sea of Napoli. My favorite thing about his place is the wide open feeling ‐ lots of space ‐ the tall ceilings and lots of windows you can open and still have the feeling that no one can see you... The views of mount Vesuvius from the living room and bedroom are enchanting....one can even see from here where the lava flowed down millennia ago. I needed to drop some bags early and Dario was very accommodating. The place is relatively quiet as well. There were some fireworks that went off at night but I think that's because Naples won the Italian football championship last week! Anyone looking for a great location...only 20 minutes walk from the archeology museum and 30 minutes from the train station will not be disappointed. The hill will work out your calves at the same time!
