Villa holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Naples

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

First..the property was absolutely breathtaking, not going to lie, there are many steps getting to the villa but worth it…the whole town is full of steps but the small town of 600 is charming. Miriam and Francesca were wonderful hosts, always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Ok this place was just incredible! The location was simply perfect, away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city and tucked away in a very unique and cute seaside marina town on the Mediterranean, yet close enough to all major famous spots. The breathtaking views and the feel were much nicer than what you would get from the surrounding famous spots like Capri or Positano. The house is the best property I have ever been to on vacation. This house is put together with taste and with lots of love. Every corner is thoughtfully designed and decorated. It was spacious and comfortable (family of 6) and would easily fit 8. The hosts Simona and Gianluigi were just the icing on the cake for this property. They are genuine and cheerful hosts who do not shy away from lending hand. They made us feel like we were staying at some of our relative's house. Be sure to book a private in-house dining experience at the house with a private chef. You will thank me later for this!

The apartment is in a large old mansion, with a garden with all kinds of different trees and shrubs. The car can be parked on the premises, and that is very pleasant because finding a parking space in Ercolano will not be easy. The train station is a few minutes' walk away. The excavations are a little further away but certainly also within walking distance. From the station, you can take a bus to Vesuvius (Vesuvio Express). The apartment has everything you need. In short, very satisfied.

Beautiful villa in S’agnello and a very responsive host who accommodated our almost midnight check in due to a three hour train delay from La Spezia to Naples. She shared options for tours around Amalfi as also numbers of taxi operators which was super useful. There was olenty of space for our family of five and lovely views from the Balcony. Air conditioning was very effective. Only word of caution is that we had a lot of luggage so the 45 step climb to the apartment was a rough one and I would not recommend to folks with a lot of luggage but this is something we knew before we booked. All in all a very memorable stay in a beautiful villa with a wonderful garden.

Not only did we love the beautiful and charming town of Ravello, but we absolutely loved our stay at Villa Enza! The gardens, patio, and views of the neighboring town of Scala were truly breathtaking and even more beautiful than the pictures. Our children enjoyed picking fresh lemons from the garden and making fresh lemonade. And the town’s piazza was only a few minutes walk away, which was extremely convenient. This place was a highlight during our stay on the Amalfi Coast, and we would absolutely stay here again if we ever return to beautiful Ravello!

This was not only the most exceptional house and location but the host was just as amazing. Olimpia was kind, extremely responsive and welcomed us with open arms into her home. Her beautiful house was nothing short of amazing. The views of the coast and Capri were unmatched. The sunsets were the most beautiful we have seen. With the location we had access to the beach and just a quick bus ride into downtown Sorrento. This was best way to end our trip to Italy. Would highly recommend this host and villa to anyone looking to enjoy the coast in Italy.

Our days at Villa Torre de Giglio were wonderful! This was a long planned reunion holiday with dear friends from Italy (we are from US) . The visit was made terrific by the hospitality and beautiful and comfortable surroundings of your home. All 11 of us had a relaxing and fun vacation. Lucia (the property manager) was so helpful and the people of Massa (the village the villa is located in) were so welcoming. We loved each day!! Lucia helped us with the luggage up the large hill driveway. We especially loved the pizza party and kareoke which as an optional add on hosted by Lucia and husband. What a treat. Lucia answered all our questions and met our needs. My Italian was not great but we had technology to help us!! The hill up to the house is a significant one (I would not recommend it for the disabled or elderly) but fine for our heathy group. The bus to Sorrento was only 15 minute ride on bus (2 euro) and comes every 20 minutes to Massa city center. Hope we come again

Absolutely a wonderful week in a beautiful villa! Giuseppe and Chiara are friendly, responsive hosts. Great location. Literally minutes to everything! Would recommend to anyone visiting Positano.

Exceptional hosts Laura and Luca were - responsive, helpful & provided insider tips on restaurants, beaches & local activities. Homemade dinner on the patio was a highlight with Luca and his wife🌟. Meatballs & local fish dishes were divine! 🍴 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend for unparalleled beauty & hospitality ❤️. Perfect base for Italian getaway. Stayed here for x4 nights. Their were x4 adults - and we loved exploring around the area and getting the step count (and steps!) up to justify the delicious food and drinks. Loved the location - fantastic views. Praiano is a great place to get away from the crowds - but you can easily get bus/water taxi/taxi's to go and visit the more popular tourist destinations. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Alessandro was really helpful with suggestions of places to eat nearby, and helped us organise a fantastic boat trip around the Amalfi coast.

The house is in a glorious setting with a wonderful view over the bay. Breakfast in the sun then shade for the afternoon. The one thing to be aware of is a product of its location- you need to go up and down steps to the car parking and also be aware the steps that go down to the gate onto the lower road to enable you to avoid walking around the hairpin bend it nestles in side of - lots more steps! Despite this its one heck of a setting but if your knees are a problem, think carefully! The house was comfortable and well presented. Antonio provided mass's of recommendations on behalf of Tiziana and was also willing to adjust the cleaners arrival to give us a few hours extra as our flight home was later in the day. He was very quick to respond too. As a location to take in Capri and also the coast to Positano by using the local boat company down in the bay it was excellent. We also used the bus to go to Sorrento from by the house for 1.5 Euro each way!

What a dream vacation! Simone was very nice and helpful, gave us a lot of useful information about restaurants around us, helped us book transport and supplied us with water on the late evening we arrived without anything to drink. He is a very friendly host and very professional. The apartment is way nicer than what you see on the pictures, it is a little oasis in the middle of Massa Lubrense. The pool is clean, the beds are comfy and the lemon trees in your own garden are beautiful. We had one of our best vacations here and we can easily recommend this apartment to anyone! We had a lovely stay in the villa, highlight definitely being the outside area. Able to walk to the centre in around 15-20 mins and taxis were usually €25-30 for a single trip back up the hill. The villa was very clean and Fortunata was very helpful with any queries and check in/ check out!

We have stayed at dozens of airbnbs and this is hands down the best one I have ever experienced. The view is STUNNING and the apartment itself was GORGEOUS…. Both even more incredible than the pictures. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and has beautiful views the entire time. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a fully stocked market with everything you could want just a 3 minute walk. The bed was super comfy, a true American king sized bed and our kids said the pull out was comfortable as well. We will definitely come back to this apartment the next time we visit Italy.

A wonderful stay at Il Carrubo. Great villa and amazing location. You definitely need a car but would recommend something small for the last 800 metres. The local town of St Agata is brilliant with a really friendly local community, some great restaurants/cafes, a supermarket and some fantastic local grocery stores selling some beautiful fresh produce. Easy access to Sorrento for the train up to Pompei and found a great car park near the station at circa €25 per day. Raffaella and Loredana were great hosts and were always quick to answer any queries or offer any tips etc. All in all, an amazing stay and an amazing villa in an amazing location. Thank you so much.

We're in love with "To Ischia With Love Villa" & Ischia! Mayra is a gem, she was very attentive and generous with her knowledge & time. She made dinner reservations for us, arranged our rental car/taxi's. She made our stay in Ischia absolutely fabulous. The property is outstanding and beautiful, the views are just stunning. The villa is clean-fresh linens, perfectly maintained. Private patio. We didn't have any issues. Mayra is on site and just a phone text away to help you. Our experience left us with the feeling that we will return. We did the breakfast every morning that she will provide, if you request.. Italian pastries & freshly prepared savory table, breads, fruits, jams & local delights. She had picked oranges from her garden trees to make us fresh orange juice!! Her mother Alessandra makes the most delicious cakes. Heaven! Not only just a place to stay, it's an experience. Thank you Mayra & Alessandra for being the most gracious hosts, your hospitality was incredible.

Our stay at the villa was perfect. It is easy to reach near towns such as Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii and Positano via car. I would highly recommend hiring a small car; we had a 4-door corsa which was just small enough to navigate the narrow drive-way and roads. The villa itself is clean and tidy with everything that you need such as a washing machine, oven and hob, spacious fridge, 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large decking area. We really enjoyed using the barbecue and pool. The pool is completely private and is only a few steps away from the house. Nunzia was very responsive and answered all our enquires promptly. Umberto also answered our enquiries prior to our stay and gave us great recommendations for car hire and excursions. Overall, I think this place is definitely worth the price and allowed us to have a great week in Italy.

Beautiful typical Italian accommodation with equipped kitchen, private bathroom, terrace, swimming pool, free and closed parking in front of the accommodation. Antonnio welcomed us by speaking French quite well. He gives good advice on visits to the surroundings. The pizzeria 2 minutes' walk away is excellent. very good location

Beautiful quiet environment. Beautiful well-maintained and well-equipped accommodation. You can jump into the pool in the morning to wake up. You have your peace, but Pasquale could answer any question in the messenger and was very helpful. The place is highly recommended. Our tip is to rent a scooter and explore the area. Driving is tedious and stressful.

Alberto’s place is absolutely gorgeous. A convenient location and such a lovely property, that despite being so well-situated, we stayed in quite a few nights and made use of the jacuzzi and BBQ. Alberto was a friendly host and turned up on our 2nd morning with fresh pastries and 2 more sets of keys without us even having to ask for them. We would highly recommend this airbnb and will hopefully be back in the future. Thanks again Alberto
